Scheduled Meetings. A scheduled meeting is one where the employee is given advance notice to attend and would normally be scheduled immediately preceding or following the employee's regular scheduled shift. Scheduled meetings are subject to refusal by the employee for good and sufficient reason that precludes attendance, in which case the employee will be rescheduled to an acceptable alternative time. Scheduled meetings are subject to the overtime provision of the Agreement.
Scheduled Meetings. The Committee will meet at least once each year, upon the agreement of the Superintendent and the Association President. Meetings will be scheduled by mutual agreement of the Superintendent and the Association President. Each request for a meeting shall stipulate an agenda of items to be discussed. All meetings shall be held on non-working, mutually agreed times and shall not exceed two (2) hours unless both parties agree to an extension. The first meeting should take place prior to October and the second meeting should take place in the month of May.
Scheduled Meetings. Combined all-staff meetings will be held quarterly. The dates of which will be announced early in the school year to allow staff to adjust their calendars accordingly. Attendance is mandatory, unless otherwise approved by the Director. The Director shall notify and provide a tentative agenda to certified employees of meetings of the total certified staff three (3) calendar days in advance of such meetings. Certified employees shall have the right to submit written agenda items to the Director at least two (2) working days prior to the meeting. Should an emergency arise, the parties agree to waive the above time restrictions. This item is not intended to restrict the right of the Director or other VASE administrator to hold meetings or conferences of employees in any specialized area of employment.
Scheduled Meetings. Meetings are a necessary part of a certified employees’ duty day. Certified employees may be required to attend only those meetings which are scheduled by the administration during the contract duty day. Staff meetings as scheduled by the building principal, scheduled outside of the 8:00 a.m. to 4:00

Employees who are members of the Union’s committees, Unit 40 of the Union, or Joint committees of the Union and the City, will be allowed time off without loss of pay from regular scheduled work to attend any scheduled meeting with the City representatives. In the event such meetings extend beyond the usual working hours, no compensation shall be paid by the City for time outside of regular working hours and working days. In the event a committee member is a shift worker, the City will make every practicable effort to adjust the employee’s schedule to permit meeting attendance during working hours. In addition, an aggregate of fifty (50) hours per fiscal year shall be available for use by the unit chairman or his designees subject to the following conditions: The hours shall be utilized to attend meetings or conventions held by labor or utility- oriented organizations and/or seminars or classes on labor or utility-related subjects. Use of any part of the fifty (50) hours will be cleared through the office of the General Manager of GWP with workforce availability being the only additional criterion utilized. The hours utilized shall be charged against a specific job number to be established by the Glendale Water and Power Department. This job number will be recorded on timesheets when any part of the fifty (50) hours is utilized.
Scheduled Meetings. Commencing approximately ninety (90) days prior to the expected Service Commencement Date and continuing during the term hereof monthly meetings arranged by CSC will be scheduled at the Facility available for attendance by representatives of CCSL, representatives of the host government, the Facility warden, an operations executive of CSC from its national or regional office, the Jurisdiction's monitor, if any, and by other parties with appropriate business for discussion. Regular topics will include Inmate population count, Inmate departures by reason, disturbances and incidences, results of fire and health inspections, program statistics, medical care, food service, physical plant, personnel vacancies, client concerns, community concerns and Inmate litigation. After the initial year of operations CSC's executive will attend such monthly meeting no less than quarterly (4 times per year).
Scheduled Meetings. A minimum of once per year, at a mutually convenient time during the winter, and prior to the commencement of the OMM season, the OMM President shall schedule and meet with the Superintendent of Parks and Recreation for purposes of, among other things, reviewing and planning; OMM number of participants; maintenance needs; planned improvements; concerns, if any, expressed by abutting property owners; and policies and practices to be followed. Generally speaking, individual sessions 60 minutes in length will be scheduled with each parent to gather background information and to allow each parent to share their concerns, thoughts and goals for Parenting Coordination. The majority of sessions will then be 90-minute joint sessions with both parents. Meetings are initially scheduled weekly or bi-monthly according to the needs of your family. After the resolution of initial concerns, meetings may then be scheduled on an as needed basis. Meetings may be scheduled at the request of either parent or the PC. The PC chooses who participates in the meetings depending on the needs of your family. In addition to the parents and the children, the PC may meet with the step-parents who may be a relevant source of information or a potential resource for resolving the issues presented by the family. The PC may choose to meet with such persons individually, in pairs, or in small groups.
