TO WAIVE. ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may in the future have against TPASC Inc., and its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, independent contractors, subcontractors, sponsors, successors, representatives and assigns (all of whom are hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Releasees"), and TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury including death that I may suffer, or that my next of kin may suffer resulting from either my use of or my presence on the facilities or travel due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence, breach of contract, mistakes or errors in judgment, or from injuries resulting from mechanical breakdown or failure of equipment, or poor design or placement of any equipment, including but not being limited to ropes, carabiners, quick draws, bolt hangers, and all anchors, or breach of any statutory or other duty of care, including any duty of care under the Occupiers Liability Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter O.2 on the part of the Releasees, and also including the failure on the part of the Releasees to safeguard or protect me from the risks, dangers and hazards of the activities referred to above;
TO WAIVE. ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may in the future have against the Releasees arising out of any aspect of my participation in the Urban Studies Activities and TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury including death that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer during my participation in the Urban Studies Activities, DUE TO ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY OR OTHER DUTY OF CARE, AS WELL AS ANY DUTY OF CARE OWED UNDER THE OCCUPIERS LIABILITY ACT, ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES, AND ALSO INCLUDING THE FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVE;
TO WAIVE. ALL CLAIMS that they have or may have against the Host arising out of the Participant’s participation in the Activities or the use of any equipment provided by the Host, including while receiving instruction and/or training;
TO WAIVE. ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may in the future have against THE RELEASEES, and TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury including death that I may suffer, or that my next of kin may suffer, as a result of my participation in the Survival Skills & Youth Leadership Programs and Activities or my use of or presence on/at the Facilities, DUE TO ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY OR OTHER DUTY OF CARE, INCLUDING ANY DUTY OF CARE OWED UNDER THE OCCUPIERS’ LIABILITY ACT, RSA 2000, c O‐4, ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM, OR WARN ME OF, THE RISKS, DANGERS, AND HAZARDS OF THE SURVIVAL SKILLS & YOUTH LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES OR USING THE FACILITIES; Initials

ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may in the future have against THE RELEASEES, AND TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury including death that I may suffer, or that my next of kin may suffer as a result of my use of or my presence on the facilities DUE TO ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY OR OTHER DUTY OF CARE, INCLUDING ANY DUTY OF CARE OWED UNDER THE OCCUPIERS LIABILITY ACT, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 337, ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH SPECIAL EVENTS REFERRED TO ABOVE;
TO WAIVE. ALL CLAIMS that they have or may have against Rangers Baseball LLC (the “Rangers”), Ballpark Real Estate, L.P., Rangers Baseball Real Estate LLC, Rangers Baseball Express LLC and each of their affiliates, owners, employees, agents, volunteers, participants, and successors-in-interest (collectively, “Released Parties”), arising out of the Participant’s participation in the Activity, expressly including any claims arising from any NEGLIGENT acts or conduct of the Released Parties.
TO WAIVE. ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may in the future have against the RELEASEES AND TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any injury, loss, damage or expense, including death, that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer, as a result of my participation in Cycling Activities, DUE TO ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY OR OTHER DUTY OF CARE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS OF PARTICIPATING IN CYCLING ACTIVITIES REFERRED TO ABOVE;
TO WAIVE. ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may in the future have against THE RELEASEES, and TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury, including death, that I may suffer, or that my next of kin may suffer, as a result of my participation in Skiing, my use of their Equipment, or my use of or presence on/at the Facilities or travel beyond the ski area boundaries, DUE TO ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY OR OTHER DUTY OF CARE, INCLUDING ANY DUTY OF CARE OWED UNDER ANY APPLICABLE OCCUPIERS’ LIABILITY LEGISLATION, ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVE;
TO WAIVE. ALL CLAIMS that they have or may have against the Facility arising out of the Participant’s participation in the Programs or the use of any equipment provided by the Facility (“Equipment”). The Participant and his/her Parents or legal guardian(s) specifically understand that they are releasing any and all claims that arise or may arise from any negligent acts or conduct of the Facility, its owners, affiliates, operators, employees, agents, and officers, to the fullest extent permitted by law. However, nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a release for conduct that is found to constitute gross negligence or intentional conduct;
