Shift Worker definition

Shift Worker means a worker who is not a day worker as defined.

  • In the case of a regular Shift Worker whose shift loadings according to roster or projected roster entitles the employee to a greater amount than the 17.5% loading, then the shift loadings shall be added to the employee’s ordinary pay in lieu of the annual leave loading.
