Other Parties definition

Other Parties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.7(c).

Other Parties means (i) with respect to the Partnership and Partnership GP, Parent and Merger Sub, and (ii) with respect to Parent and Merger Sub, the Partnership and Partnership GP.

Examples of Other Parties in a sentence

• The reports and payments shall be mailed to the Other Parties at their addresses as specified in Section 11.10.

• In no event will a Party be liable to the Other Parties for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the Agreement.

• The Managing Party shall keep the Other Parties promptly and reasonably informed as to the plans and activities of the Managing Party with respect to the licensing matters, and the Managing Party shall give due consideration to the recommendations made by the Other Parties with respect to the licensing matters.

• RSCP Supplier’s Obligations to Other Parties The Company shall have no responsibility for billing between: the BGS-RSCP Supplier and PJM; the BGS-RSCP Supplier and any Energy or Capacity source; or the BGS-RSCP Supplier and any other third party.

• CIEP Supplier’s Obligations to Other Parties The Company shall have no responsibility for billing between: the BGS-CIEP Supplier and PJM; the BGS-CIEP Supplier and any Energy or Capacity source; or the BGS-CIEP Supplier and any other third party.

More Definitions of Other Parties

Other Parties has the meaning ascribed to it in the introduction to this Agreement.

Other Parties in the revised GPA means "the other Party"; and

Other Parties in the GPA means “the other Party;”

Other Parties means Parties other than the Managing Party, each of whom is a non-Managing Party.
