Rental Policies. Our minimum rental period is one calendar day. All prices for rentals are on a per calendar day basis and are for the agreed upon calendar days only. Unauthorized extensions beyond the agreed upon days will be charged at the full daily rate and with a minimum of a one-day charge. If rental equipment is returned earlier than the agreed upon rental dates, no credit will be given without 24 hours’ notice of your intention for an early return. Orders may be picked up between 3:00-5:00 PM prior to the day of rental depending on equipment availability and with Our prior approval and must be returned before 10:00 AM the day following the last rental day or incur an additional day's rental fee. Cancellation of the Equipment within twenty four hours of the beginning of the rental period will be charged at fifty percent of the rental estimate. You are required to sign Our Rental Agreement and return it to Our office prior to the pickup or delivery of the Equipment.

Rental Policies. 1. Hours: Each event will be approved for specific hours. It is the responsibility of the Renter to cooperate with Museum staff and security in maintaining this schedule. The Museum is open to the public Tuesday through Sunday. Rental functions should not impact the Museum visitor’s experience. Events must end at 10 p.m. and clean-up complete by 11 p.m.

Rental Policies. Event site rentals allow for a block of 4 hours (this should include any decorating and clean up as well as the event). * All outdoor decorations must be removed following the event. * No confetti PLEASE. * The fee includes tables & chairs for the rented space, you may re-arrange the existing tables & chairs to meet your needs. * If you wish to “switch-out” the tables and/or chairs there is an additional $20 to $40 fee. * Litter resulting from the event must be picked up and placed in trash bags (provided by Beech Creek Gardens), and placed inside our dumpster (located along the NW edge of the main parking area). Failure to clean up the area, and remove all belongings, may result in loss of security deposit. * Damages, any damages to Beech Creek Gardens grounds, buildings, or loss of tools, equipment must be repaired and/or replaced at the cost of the Host (Renter), and may result in loss of Security Deposit. * Alcohol is permitted but you must have PRIOR PERMISSION. All alcohol should be kept in the reception area at all times (no carrying open bottles/cans around the grounds).
Rental Policies. Eligibility Only adult homeowners of the Providence HOA with accounts in good standing, or authorized tenants, officially listed by the Association, are eligible to reserve applicable HOA amenities. Tenants must be properly registered by the property owner with the Association. Reservations are available on a first come, first serve basis upon receipt of rental fee and signed rental agreement.
Rental Policies. Timely return is critical to meet commitments to other renters. Late fees may accrue after a 15-minute grace period, at a rate of 10% of the 24-hour rate for each item per full or part of each hour beyond the originally scheduled return deadline. If the due-back time is before our opening hours, then the due back time is deferred until the time we open that day. Each rental includes paddle(s), PFD(s) and straps. Our rates assume a “carry out” rental – we will assist the renter in getting the rented equipment up on or in the transporting vehicle, but will not assist securing the rented equipment in or on any vehicle. A deposit of $450 may be required on all rentals via an authorization against a major credit card. A debit card is not acceptable unless there is adequate reserve on account for an authorization equal to the replacement value of the rented equipment. Pre-authorization deposits are released upon return of the rented equipment, net of any deduction for loss or damages. Renter is responsible for any and all damages and losses to the rented equipment. For purposes of calculation of damages or loss, the Replacement Value of any equipment shall be defined at 80% of MSRP. Cost of repair, retrieval or rescue of the rented equipment is charged at $75 per man-hour, plus $.50 per mile for any required travel. Common repair/replacement costs (examples only; actual may vary): Hull breach $200; lost PFD $60; lost paddle $50; lost straps $20 All renters must be at least 21 years old. All operators of the rented equipment must be at least 14 years old. Renters must present a valid driver’s license and major credit card in the same name. Renter and other users must each read and sign a Waiver and Release of Liability form. Rental charges on advance reservations are placed up to 48 hours prior to the rental period, and there are no refunds allowed thereafter, unless the equipment is not available at time of reservation.
