Advance Reservations. The Facility will honor any advance reservations, including group bookings, made for the Facility prior to termination at the rates and on the terms established when the reservations are made and pay when due all related travel agent commissions.
Advance Reservations. At the Close of Escrow, each Seller shall provide Purchaser with a schedule of post-closing confirmed Bookings for such Seller’s Hotel. Purchaser shall honor all such confirmed and Bookings, provided that such Bookings were booked by Sellers in a manner consistent with normal business practices.
Advance Reservations. On the Closing Date, each direct Owner of a Hotel shall provide Parent with an exhibit of post-closing confirmed Bookings for such Hotel. Parent shall honor all such confirmed and Bookings, provided that such Bookings were booked by such Owner of the Hotel in a manner consistent with normal business practices. Prepaid and unearned reservation deposits and other items prepaid by guests of the Hotels shall be credited to Parent at the Closing.
Advance Reservations a. Rental events can be scheduled up to 12 months in advance of the rental event date.
Advance Reservations. Advance reservations are recommended. For safety reasons, Cape Air is only permitted to transport one live animal (that is, Service Animal or pet) per aircraft unless the live animals are from the same family. Only one live animal per aircraft may be booked confirmed space. Multiple live animals from the same family are permitted on the same aircraft; however it is possible that, due to space or weight constraints, the Passenger and live animals may not be able to be accommodated on any particular flight. Live animals are approved and carried on a first-come, first-served basis. Should a live animal have a confirmed booking but a Passenger with a Service Animal request to be boarded, Cape Air will seek out all alternatives available including offering the Passenger with the pet confirmed space on the next available flight to accommodate the Service Animal. Only if no options are available will Cape Air offer the less desirable alternative to the Passenger with the Service Animal of traveling on a later flight.
Advance Reservations. An advance reservation may be made for any day during the following two (2) weeks.
Advance Reservations. Reservations made before the beginning of a calendar year on a property that does not yet have set rates, require a 50% deposit based on the prior year's rates and are subject to price adjustments, owner's right to occupy, and adjustments in amenities. Guests will be notified of final rates and availability as soon as possible. Guests may elect to accept new rates and terms, and pay the balance due for a 50% deposit or cancel the reservation without penalty. Failure to agree to the new terms within 30 days of notification or failure to send the remaining balance due on the 50% deposit will result in cancellation of this Agreement and Guest will receive a FULL refund. If the rates have been set for the following year, then normal deposit and cancellation policies apply. (See #5)
Advance Reservations. Schedule 4.1.26 sets forth, with respect to each Hospitality Unit, the "rack rate" applicable to the rooms in each Sellers' Motel, as well as the group and other promotional rates offered with respect to each Sellers' Motel, setting forth the size of the group entitled to group rates and the persons entitled to any such promotional rates.
Advance Reservations. (a) Sellers shall have delivered to Purchaser on or before the date five (5) days prior to the Closing Date a certificate setting forth all of the advance reservations accepted by Sellers for the period after such date, setting forth the name of the guest, the date of such reservation, the type, and if applicable, the grade of room, the daily rate and the amount and date of any deposit received or to be received.
Advance Reservations. At Closing, Seller shall provide Purchaser with a schedule of post-closing confirmed bookings for the Property. Purchaser shall honor all such confirmed bookings.
