Event Site definition

Event Site means the website(s) (together with any platforms and/or applications used together therewith) that will host and display the Event (or part thereof) and Event materials and includes Informa’s Streamly video streaming service platform available at https://streamly.video/ (“Streamly”) which hosts multimedia recording(s) of the Event and other non-Event related content available for on-demand video streaming;
Event Site means the website(s) (together with any platforms and/or applications used together therewith) that will host and display the Event (or part thereof) and Event materials;
Event Site means that part of the Winchester Cathedral Inner and Outer Close and such parts of the grounds of Winchester Cathedral where the Event is to take place; Organiser: Winchester Cathedral Enterprises Limited, hereafter known as WCEL, a company registered in England under number 2100067 whose registered office is at ▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇; Organiser's Equipment: all tables, chairs, heaters, chalets, marquees, tents, buildings, other constructions, materials, stores, equipment, plant or machinery belonging to, or under the control of, the Organiser that are made available to the Exhibitor to be used in connection with the Event; Exhibitor: the person named on the Application form; Stand/Stall/Space: the table, booth, chalet, stall, tent, building, or other construction provided by the Organiser or Exhibitor for use by the Exhibitor during the Event; Trading Name: the name to be used for the Exhibitor at the Event as provided on the Application form; VAT: value added tax chargeable under English law for the time being and any similar additional tax; Clause headings shall not affect the interpretation of this agreement. The Application Form and the information contained in the General Information Document form part of this agreement.

  • You enter the Event Site at your own risk and shall be responsible for the safety and security of all your belongings brought into the Event Site.

  • The contents of any unsealed bottles will not be permitted into the Event Site, but unsealed empty plastic bottles (no glass) are permitted into the Event Site for filling with water at the Event Site.

  • By attending the Event and entering the Event Site, you accept the risk of damage and loss (including property damage, personal injury, economic and consequential loss) howsoever arising (including by negligence) at the Event.

  • Due to the noise levels at the Event Site, you should wear ear plugs at all appropriate times during the Event.

  • You must take reasonable care when moving around, or traversing, the Event Site.


More Definitions of Event Site

Event Site means the website(s) (together with any platforms and/or applications used together therewith) that will host and display the Event and Event materials, including but not limited to the Sponsorships and virtual Spaces;
Event Site means all sites and areas to be used for:
Event Site means the entire physical area in which professional sporting events occur, including all open, semi-open and enclosed spaces and structures, playing fields, dugouts, bullpens, training rooms, locker rooms, team bench areas, spectator seating areas, pedestrian walkways, bathrooms, dining areas, vendor areas, offices, press boxes, television and radio broadcast booths, recreational areas and parking lots.
Event Site means the site as a whole, including parking and camping areas and the associated marked paths. “Festival site" means the audience area, which begins after the admission control to the stages (known as the “infield”). “Camping areas" means the areas approved by the organiser and specifically indicated on the maps for camping purposes. "Parking areas" means the areas for the parking of motorised vehicles which have been approved by the organiser and specifically indicated on the maps for this purpose.
Event Site means Port Property which includes an improved Vehicle parking area and beach access to the Columbia River, located north of Portway Avenue, west of the Nichols Basin inlet, south of the Columbia River, and east of the Jensen building.

Event Site means that part of Chalkwell Park, SS0 8NB where the Event will take place.
