Event Site definition

Event Site means the website(s) (together with any platforms and/or applications used together therewith) that will host and display the Event (or part thereof) and Event materials;
Event Site means that part of the Winchester Cathedral Inner and Outer Close and such parts of the grounds of Winchester Cathedral where the Event is to take place; Organiser: Winchester Cathedral Enterprises Limited, hereafter known as WCEL, a company registered in England under number 2100067 whose registered office is at 0, Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx XX00 0XX; Organiser's Equipment: all tables, chairs, heaters, chalets, marquees, tents, buildings, other constructions, materials, stores, equipment, plant or machinery belonging to, or under the control of, the Organiser that are made available to the Exhibitor to be used in connection with the Event; Exhibitor: the person named on the Application form; Stand/Stall/Space: the table, booth, chalet, stall, tent, building, or other construction provided by the Organiser or Exhibitor for use by the Exhibitor during the Event; Trading Name: the name to be used for the Exhibitor at the Event as provided on the Application form; VAT: value added tax chargeable under English law for the time being and any similar additional tax; Clause headings shall not affect the interpretation of this agreement. The Application Form and the information contained in the General Information Document form part of this agreement.
Event Site means the website(s) (together with any platforms and/or applications used together therewith) that will host and display the Event and Event materials, including but not limited to the Sponsorships and virtual Spaces;

  • I agree that it is my sole responsibility to determine whether I am sufficiently fit and healthy enough to participate in the Event, that I am responsible for my own safety and well-being at all times and under all circumstances while at the Event site.

  • In these circumstances Blazing Swan will NOT offer to fully or partially refund the cost of tickets held by any of those parties, nor will we accept any responsibility for any immediate or consequential costs or damages associated with an Event participant’s travel to or from or attendance at the Event site.

  • Participants shall not cause any persisting disturbance or modification to soil, land or vegetation outside the Event site boundaries.

  • The introduction onto the Event site of any potentially dangerous or illegal items, including drugs, firearms, blunt objects and explosive materials is strictly forbidden.


More Definitions of Event Site

Event Site means Port Property which includes an improved Vehicle parking area and beach access to the Columbia River, located north of Portway Avenue, west of the Nichols Basin inlet, south of the Columbia River, and east of the Jensen building.

Event Site means the Birmingham City Council owned site, identified in the “ Use of Parks Application Form”, where the event is to be held.
Event Site means the entire physical area in which an Event is being staged and over which [name of organization] has control or responsibility. The Event Site includes all open, semi- open, and enclosed spaces and structures, including for example parking lots, loading docks, exhibit halls or vendor booths, conference rooms, dining areas, bathrooms, performance stages, sports or other recreational areas or facilities, pedestrian walkways or pathways, and roads accessible to motorized vehicles.
