Umbrella Policies. Contractor may satisfy basic coverage limits through any combination of basic coverage and umbrella insurance.
Umbrella Policies. Tenant has the right to satisfy Tenant’s obligation to carry Tenant’s Liability Policy with an umbrella insurance policy if such umbrella insurance policy contains an aggregate per location endorsement that provides the required level of protection for the Property.
