Ticket Sales Clause Samples
The Ticket Sales clause defines the terms and conditions under which tickets for an event or service are offered, sold, and distributed to customers. It typically outlines procedures for purchasing tickets, payment methods, delivery options, and any restrictions on resale or transfer. For example, the clause may specify that tickets are non-refundable, limit the number of tickets per customer, or require tickets to be presented in a certain format for entry. Its core practical function is to establish clear rules for the ticketing process, helping to prevent disputes, unauthorized resale, and confusion among buyers.
