Rental Policy. The rental for the unit is listed above. This amount includes the appropriate tax. You shall pay to us upon the signing of this Lease either one month’s rent plus security deposit, or one year’s rent plus security deposit. Unless we notify you of a rent adjustment at least 30 days prior to the end of the term the stated rate will continue for any Hold Over Term. If we do so, then the new Rent stated shall be paid to us unless you remove your Stored Property. Unit will be over-locked and gate access will be denied until all rent, fees, and checks are made good and all charges paid. Landlord reserves the right to refuse any payment. All payments and correspondence must contain the unit number to insure correct handling.

Rental Policy. The Landlord may in its sole discretion determine the rental rates of different premises within the QSTP Free Zone. Such rental rates may vary from one premises to the other due to various factors such as the location, the size of the building, the type of the activity or mutual interests between the Landlord and the tenants.
Rental Policy. A rental contract stating First Light Rentals, LLC/Xxxx Xxxxxx’x rental policies must be signed by an authorized agent or officer of the production company, network or corporation (customer) and returned to our office prior to pick up or delivery of equipment. Minimum rental period is one calendar day. All prices are on a per calendar day basis. A three day weekly rate is available for up to seven consecutive days including the pickup/prep/travel day and the return/de-prep/travel day. Equipment rentals are for agreed upon calendar days only. Unauthorized extensions beyond the agreed upon calendar days will be charged at full daily rate and a minimum of a one day charge. First Light Rentals, LLC and/or Xxxx Xxxxxx must agree in writing to any extension of the rental term. Rentals are subject to the complete rental fee if canceled less than 24 hours in advance unless we can re-book the items. Pricing, Payment, & Credit Rental must be paid in full before pickup unless credit has been established with First Light Rentals, LLC/Xxxx Xxxxxx. Upon approval of credit, all invoices must be paid Net 30. Failure to pay invoices within the 30 days may result in a 1.5% per month late fee and loss of credit with First Light Rentals, LLC/Xxxx Xxxxxx. We accept Visa, MasterCard credit cards. All invoices paid with a credit card will be assessed an additional four percent processing fee. iAll credit card charges come from First Light Rentals, LLC/Xxxx Xxxxxx. In the event that a chargeback is wrongfully claimed, you agree to pay the outstanding amount plus an additional $35 false chargeback fee immediately. Checks made payable to First Light Rentals, LLC and/or Xxxx Xxxxxx may be processed electronically the same day, therefore the funds should be available immediately. First Light Rentals, LLC and/or Xxxx Xxxxxx will not accept a check to be held. In the event a check is returned to First Light Rentals, LLC and/or Xxxx Xxxxxx, you agree to pay the outstanding amount plus an additional $35 returned check fee immediately.

The Agent/Attorney-in-fact’s policy is to provide prospective guests with a reasonable choice of available accommodations, to rotate rental of the units in so far as is available and consistent with customary business practices. The Owner further acknowledges that the Agent/Attorney-in-fact may, from time to time, be required to accommodate guest’s preferences as to lot locations, size, condition, and price. The Agent/Attorney-in-fact generally determines the suitability of prospective guests and refuses to rent to individuals who, in its opinion, will not observe the rules, regulations, restrictions, covenants and agreements governing use/enjoyment of the lot and facilities.
