Loss of Tools. The Company will repair or replace employees' personal tools which have been listed by the employee, the list to be deposited with the Company, in cases where it can be verified that the tools were lost, damaged or stolen other than by employee negligence during, or in connection with the employee's employment duties.
Loss of Tools. The employer will replace an employee’s personal tools with tools of equal value in cases where it can be verified that the tools were lost in fire or stolen from an on the site locked company tool crib, job box or locked company vehicle. Each employee, upon dispatch, shall provide an inventory of his tools to both the union and the employer in either written form or by photograph in order to be eligible for the employer to replace the said lost tools.
Loss of Tools. 2801 The Employer agrees to supply employees with all necessary tools in order that employees can carry out their duties with the Employer and make replacements as necessary. 2802 Employees shall not use their own personal tools in the performance of their duties with the Employer. 2803 Employees who utilize hospital supplies, tools and equipment shall be expected to make every effort to maintain them in good working condition and to assure that they are reasonably secure from theft or loss.
Loss of Tools. Employees shall provide a list of personal tools being used during work. Employees who suffer a loss of authorized and necessary personal tools or equipment as a result of forced entry into a CITY facility or vehicle shall have any such normal or declared tools or equipment replaced at CITY’s expense.
Loss of Tools a) The Company shall on behalf of the employee replace employees tools lost by theft whilst working, providing these tools were securely stored in a locked company vehicle or locked private vehicle that is situated at the worksite or in any locked storage facility situated on the employer’s premises, job site, workshop or lockup. Employee’s tools lost by theft whilst actually being used for work (ie when not securely stored as described above) are however the sole responsibility of the employee and will not be replaced.
Loss of Tools. The Employer must compensate an employee for tools stolen, damaged or destroyed whilst securely stored by the Employee to a maximum value of the current replacement price of the standard tool kit subject to the following conditions:

Employees shall receive an annual tool allowance on tools pertaining to their job, to a maximum of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars per year, upon submission of receipts. Receipts should be submitted during the month of September and payment will be on the first cheque in October of each year.
Loss of Tools. The Company will carry a One-hundred ($l00.00) dollar deductible insurance policy to cover tool loss due to break in theft. Employees must submit a tool list to the Company and keep the list up to date.
