Rental of Unit. Owner hereby rents to Tenant the storage unit described above; term of occupancy to commence on the lease date above and shall expire either (a) on expiration date sent forth above; or (b) if a month-to-month term, at the end of the month specified by Tenant in written notice of cancellation by either party to the other. Such notice shall be at least thirty (30) days in advance of the cancellation date.

Rental of Unit. You hereby rent the Unit beginning on the Start Date from Storage Solutions pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Rental of Unit. AGENT shall place the UNIT into Agent’s rental program and use best efforts to rent the UNIT on a transient occupancy basis as provided for in this AGREEMENT. AGENT will not rent the Unit/Units for less than 20% of market value unless given prior approval from LESSEE. AGENT manages daily rates based on the marketplace for comparable unit types and maintains rates to be offered at no less than 20% of the rack rate (BAR) offered by comparable third-party agent. AGENT will bear the cost of reservation affiliation fees, credit card commissions, commissions owed to travel agents, tour brokers, or other persons or companies in accordance with normal business practice in the trade;
Rental of Unit. The Operator shall be the exclusive rental agent of the unit and each divisible portion thereof. The Operator agrees to attempt to rent the unit or divisible portions thereof on behalf of the Owner for those periods of time not previously reserved in accordance with this agreement. An Owner may reserve the unit or a divisible portion thereof for use by himself, his family or personal guests at any time from time to time during the term of this agreement, provided that he shall give 6 (six) calendar months written notice to the operator of the period or periods of time of such intended use, provided further that in the event that the Owner gives less than the requisite 6 (six) calendar months’ notice and requires occupation on shorter notice, the Operator will make every endeavour, if the unit is previously booked, to move such renters to alternative accommodation. If the Operator does not receive written notice of reservation from the Owner as provided for in 1.1, it may assume for all purposes that the Owner’s unit will be available for rental during the next three month period. The Owner, his family and personal guests will check in and out of the unit with the Operator at the beginning and end of their occupancy of the unit. A unit may be occupied only if an adult (a person 21 years of age or older) is also in occupancy. During periods of Owner occupancy, the Operator will provide, for an additional charge, normal housekeeping services upon request of the Owner. A one-time housekeeping service will be assessed by the Operator for each separate period of Owner occupancy, in preparation for a re-rental subsequent to Owner departure. The additional charge and the charge for the housekeeping service shall be determined by the Operator from time to time at its sole discretion. If, at any time, the unit or any divisible portion thereof is not rented, the Owner may use the same, upon ascertaining such fact from the Operator, even though the Owner may not have previously reserved the unit. It is understood that the Operator will use best efforts to accommodate the Owner, either with regard to maximising rental of the unit for the Owner use thereof, depending upon the Owner’s wishes. In the event that the unit has been previously booked, the Operator will use its best endeavours to move such renters into a similar unit in the development so that the Owner may occupy the unit. Rental of Unit. Owner hereby leases to Occupant the storage unit described above. The lease tern shall begin as of the date of the Agreement and shall expire in the event this is a month-to-month lease, at the end of such month that Occupant has given Owner written notice of the fact that Occupant intends to leave the premises. Occupant shall give at least five (5) days’ notice.

Rental of Unit. Owner rents the storage unit space (the “Unit”) identified above to the Occupant for the term set forth above, and Occupant shall pay monthly rental in the amount set forth above, payable in advance on the first of each month unless otherwise indicated hereon.

Occupant is responsible for all persons who have keys and access to the Unit. If Owner detects that the Unit is unlocked, Owner shall have the right (but not the obligation) to lock the Unit on Occupant’s behalf.
Rental of Unit. Owner hereby rents to Tenant the storage unit described above; Tenant agrees the term of occupancy is to commence on the Lease Date stated above and shall continue on a month-to-month tenancy. The terms of occupancy shall automatically renew unless terminated by either side on not less than thirty (30) days written notice in advance of the cancellation date. Owner reserves the right not to renew this Agreement for any cause.
