Owner Use. Owner may use the Aircraft when said use does not interfere with scheduled use of the Aircraft arranged by the FBO, in which event no commission will be paid under Section 4.

Owner Use. Owner agrees that it shall not, nor knowingly permit any third party, to re-sell or re-distribute access to the Bulk Service or system capacity, or any part thereof, in any manner. Owner agrees not to use or intentionally permit third parties to use the Service(s), including but not limited to the equipment and software provided by Operator, for any illegal purpose, or to achieve unauthorized access to any computer systems, software, data, or other copyright or patent protected material.
Owner Use. Owner shall not occupy the Premises without reserving such periods of occupancy through Agent and receiving written confirmation from Agent that such period is available. Owner's use shall not exceed Three (3) weeks during the peak rental season which runs from March I through September 15 of each year and (2) 30 days during the off-peak rental season which runs from September 16 through February 28/29 of each year. In the event Owner wishes to use the Premises, in accordance with the above conditions, Owner shall be permitted to use the Premises without payment of any rental fee to Agent provided, however, Owner agrees to pay the amount necessary to make the Premises ready for future guests, including but not limited to cleaning fees.
Owner Use. When owner desires to occupy the rental Unit, Owner must adhere to the following procedure:
Owner Use. Owner has the right to use the Home so long as Owner reserves the dates of use in advance with TurnKey on TurnKey's owner portal. Owner may not schedule an Owner stay for any period for which an Existing Reservation is in place. Owner stays are subject to TurnKey's standard check-in and checkout times for the Home. Unless the parties agree otherwise in writing or Owner specifies otherwise in the owner portal, TurnKey shall clean the Home after each Owner stay and charge to Owner the then-current cleaning fee for the Home as shown on the owner portal.
Owner Use. Owner has the right to use the RV so long as Owner reserves the dates of use 48 hours in advance with RVR. Owner may not schedule an Owner stay for any period for which an Existing Reservation is in place. Owner stays are subject to RVR's standard check-in and checkout times for the RV. With the exception of the first two usages of the current calendar year, which shall be provided by RVR at no cost to the Owner, RVR shall clean the RV after each Owner stay and charge to Owner the then- current cleaning fee for the RV.
Owner Use. All Owner’s use including guest use is to be in accordance with a charter from Dream Yacht under the applicable Dream Yacht charter contract and policies. All cancellation policies will apply to owner use bookings. Cancellation inside of 60 days will result in forfeiture of the owner use booked and owner use charges per paragraph 4.e). Owner has the right to use yacht for such periods as noted below provided owner gives Dream Yacht notice of owner’s desire to use yacht for a specified period and provided further that Dream Yacht, upon receipt of such notice, shall not have chartered or be obligated to charter yacht to any other person during the specified period or any portion thereof. Owner agrees to return yacht to Dream Yacht in good and seaworthy condition upon a date to be stipulated in such notice. Should any loss or damage occur while Yacht is in use by owner, owner guest or owner arranged charter, owner is responsible for the full amount of the deductible stated in paragraph 3 a) of the Management Agreement. Owner may purchase yacht Security insurance provided by Dream Yacht in order to reduce the amount of the deductible.
Owner Use. Manager agrees that Owner may reserve the Unit for personal use, use by Owner’s family members, or Owner’s personal guests for any time during the period of the Agreement, provided Owner gives Manager a written or verbal notice of the period(s) of intended use and such written or verbal notice is received by Manager prior to reservation of the Unit by Manager. The website also allows owner access to reserve dates. Notification of said rentals must be given within a reasonable amount of time prior to arrival. Owner will incur the additional charges if Management reservation has to be moved or upgraded. If no such written or verbal request is received, Manager shall be free to rent the Unit during any and all unreserved periods. Unless arranged differently, it will be assumed that owner will utilize linen, maid services, and supplies provided during its occupancy of the Unit at a per time expense of $115.00. If Owner should require laundering of Owner linen in addition to a clean, an additional fee of $25.00 will be charged. Owner must provide manager adequate notice of cleaning requirements, particularly in the off season i.e. not winter! It will be automatically assumed that the unit will be cleaned by GCP on departure of owner or owner’s guests per the website occupancy. If the owner does not want a clean they must contact the office and say so no less than 24 hours in advance.
Owner Use. A Cleaning fee of $35.00 shall be assessed to each unit for a one time cleaning at the time of check out for each “Owner Use”.
