Rental Program means the “Rental Program” as defined in Recital B above.
Rental Program means the voluntary rental program that an Owner may elect to participate by a separate written agreement with the Association which authorizes the Association to rent and provide interior maintenance of the Unit on behalf of the Owner.

Rental Program. , as used herein, means the rental program through which units are leased and rented, which program is sponsored, created, managed and operated by the Association through its Board of Directors.
Rental Program means the rental offer in respect of the Medtronic MiniMed 670G insulin pump made by the Supplier to the Customer under this Agreement. Supplier means Medtronic Australasia Pty Limited ABN 47 001 162 661. Term means the period commencing on the date that the Supplier approves a Customer’s Rental Application Form for the Rental Program and ending on the Expiry Date.
Rental Program has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Recitations.
Rental Program means the lodging rental and reservation service for units within the Condominium made available by Agent.
Rental Program means and refer to those Residential Units that are used by Operator for hotel purposes (i.e. rented for transient accommodations) from time to time under a rental program. Residential Units in the Rental Program shall be operated by Operator, as agent of Owner, pursuant to a "Rental Agreement" between the Owner and the Condominium Unit Owner of the Residential Unit. The form of and the provisions in the Rental Agreement relating to the terms under which Residential Units will be utilized in the Hotel operation and the revenue-sharing resulting therefrom, and any amendment thereto with respect to the same, shall be subject to Operator's prior written consent. The Rental Agreement shall provide (among other things) that the rent payable to the Condominium Unit Owners shall be based on rooms revenue collected from guests net of various charges to be described therein, including without limitation, if Owner determines that the same is feasible and practical from a marketing perspective, a reasonable charge to compensate Owner for the use of meeting space in the case of group bookings that utilize meeting or function space at the Hotel and do not pay separately for such space (or pay a discounted rate for such space).
Rental Program means operation and management of those Units and Cabanas that are used by Operator for Hotel purposes from time to time pursuant to Condominium Unit Lease Agreements and Cabana Lease Agreements between Operator and the Unit Owners / Cabana Owners for the daily and extended rental of such Units and Cabanas. 1.82 "RIGHT OF FIRST OFFER" shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 5.5(b). 1.83 "SALES OFFICE" shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 11.9. 1.84 "SONESTA GROUP" shall mean Operator and its Affiliates. 1.85 "SONESTA MARKS" shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 14.1.
Rental Program means the voluntary rental program to be offered --------------- to all Condominium Unit Owners and Town Home Owners, pursuant to which Operator, as agent for Master Manager, will offer for rent the Participating Units to the public to be guests of the Resort (for a daily or extended period of time) as part of the Resort Operations in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Rental Management Agreement between Master Manager and Operator and the Unit Management Agreements to be signed by all Participating Unit Owners.
