Other Expenses. The Adviser shall pay all expenses of printing and mailing reports, prospectuses, statements of additional information, and sales literature relating to the solicitation of prospective clients. The Trust shall pay all expenses relating to mailing to existing shareholders prospectuses, statements of additional information, proxy solicitation material and shareholder reports.
Other Expenses. 8.1 Taxi fare, bus tickets, conference registrations, parking, etc. must have a proper original receipt.

Taxes of any kind, which may be imposed with respect to your XXX and any expenses incurred by the Custodian in the management of your XXX, together with any fees referred to above, shall be paid by you, or if not paid in a timely manner, will be charged against your account, or as directed in writing by you, charged against another account over which you have investment authority.

The Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement of all reasonable and documented expenses actually incurred or paid by the Executive in the performance of the Executive's duties under this Agreement, upon presentation of expense statements, vouchers or other supporting information in accordance with Company policy. All expense reimbursements and other perquisites of the Executive are reviewable periodically by the Compensation Committee of the Board, if there be one, or the Board.
Other Expenses. The Advisor shall pay Fund expenses that have not been (i) assumed by Administrator pursuant to the Fund Administration Agreement or (ii) specifically assumed by the Fund. These expenses include the following items:

(a) Reasonable expenses incurred by Employees for approved business or education travel for the Employer shall be reimbursed by the Employer to the following maximums: Breakfast $8.00 Lunch $15.00 Dinner $20.00 Incidentals $5.00 With the express approval of management, an Employee may, upon the provision of receipts, be reimbursed for actual cost of meal expenses. Reimbursement for Accommodations shall not be less than the actual cost to the Employee.

XXX agrees to waive fees and/or reimburse expenses of each open-end fund listed on Schedule A and each variable trust fund listed on Schedule B to the extent necessary to limit the cumulative expenses of the fund, exclusive of brokerage, interest, taxes, investment-related expenses (including borrowing costs, i.e., short selling and lines of credit costs), extraordinary expenses, acquired fund fees and expenses, and payments under the fund’s investor servicing contract, the fund’s investment management contract (including any applicable performance-based upward or downward adjustment to a fund’s base management fee), and the fund’s distribution plans, to an annual (measured on a fiscal year basis) rate of 0.20% of the fund’s average net assets. This contractual waiver will remain in effect for a fund through the expiration of one year following the effective date of the next annual update of the fund’s registration statement.
