Date of the Agreement definition

Date of the Agreement means the date as of which both Parties have signed the Agreement by their duly authorized representatives.

Date of the Agreement means the date on which the Agreement is signed by the representatives of the executive of the Dogrib Treaty 11 Council and government.

Date of the Agreement means the date that the Agreement under section 73-1(3) of the Act is executed by the Commonwealth and the Grantee;

• Reference to standards, specifications, manuals, or codes of any technical society, organization, or association, or to Laws or Regulations, whether such reference be specific or by implication, shall mean the standard, specification, manual, code, or Laws or Regulations in effect at the time of opening of Bids (or on the Effective Date of the Agreement if there were no Bids), except as may be otherwise specifically stated in the Contract Documents.

More Definitions of Date of the Agreement

Date of the Agreement means the date of the latest authorized representatives signature of the Parties .

Date of the Agreement means the date specified in the Schedule as the Date of the Agreement.
