Travel Agents. An HCC Travel Agent is a travel agency who has executed an HCC Subscriber Agreement. A list of current HCC Travel Agents will be periodically provided by HCC to Participant.
Travel Agents. Your travel agent acts solely for you as your agent, and not as agent for Xxxxxxx, in making the arrangements for the cruise or cruise tour and any related transportation, lodging or activities. Xxxxxxx is not responsible for any representation or conduct of your travel agent, including but not limited to, any failure to remit your deposit or other monies to Carrier, for which you shall at all times remain liable, or any failure to remit a refund from Carrier to you. Receipt by your travel agent or other authorized individual (including any person who books a cruise or cruise tour on your behalf) of this Passenger Ticket Contract or other information from Carrier or its agent shall constitute receipt of such materials by you. If your travel agent fails to remit any monies paid by you to the travel agent, you remain liable for the monies due Carrier.
Travel Agents. Passenger acknowledges and confirms that any travel agent utilized by Passenger in connection with the issuance of this ticket is, for all purposes, passenger’s agent and USC shall not be liable for any representation made by said travel agent. Passenger shall, at all times, remain liable to USC for the price of the Cruise.
Travel Agents. If you are a registered Travel Agent and making a booking on behalf of a traveller or group of travellers, we require all traveller’s details including names, emails and phone numbers. We reserve the right to charge name change fees and pass on name change fees from suppliers and service providers if names are provided incorrectly or changed. We require all travellers contact details to ensure important information about the booking and services provided to the traveller. If traveller’s details are not provided, the Travel Agent (you) accept full responsibility for the transfer of information and we cannot be held liable for any miscommunication that may occur and subsequent incidentals or expenses incurred. If there is a miscommunication, there are no refunds, exchanges or credits. This is important if there are last minute schedule changes, updates or emergencies. With international events, important information can be passing hands 24/7 and overnight, unless you have a 24-hour reliable contact number, providing traveller details will ensure your customers experience is enjoyable and problem free. These contacts will not be provided to any third parties and will not be used by us for ongoing marketing activities.
Travel Agents. When you buy a flight-based holiday, all monies you pay to the travel agent are held by him on behalf and for the benefit of the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust at all times. This is subject to the agent’s obligation to pay it to us for so long as we do not fail. If we fail, any money held at that time by the agent, or subsequently accepted from you by him, is and continues to be held on behalf of and for the benefit of the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust without any obligation to pay that money to us. When you buy a holiday not including a flight, all monies you pay to the travel agent are held by him on our behalf at all times.
Travel Agents. All travel agents used by TRAVEL CONTRACTOR to arrange for transportation (or TRAVEL CONTRACTOR itself if it is a travel agency) shall be licensed and bonded by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the Air Traffic Conference (ATC) and shall be members of the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) or an equivalent professional travel agent’s association.
Travel Agents. Any travel agent you use in connection with your Cruise acts solely for you and is deemed your agent. Windstar Cruises is not responsible for any representations made by or for the financial condition or integrity of any such travel agent. In the event that an agent fails to remit to Windstar Cruises any monies paid by you to the agent, you remain liable for the fare due us, regardless of whether we demand payment before or after Initial Departure. Any refund made by Windstar Cruises to an agent on your behalf is considered, for purposes of this Contract, as being the same as payment to you whether or not the monies are delivered by the agent to you. Acceptance or receipt of any documents or information by your travel agent, including but not limited to this Contract, shall be deemed to constitute acceptance or receipt by you.
Travel Agents. Any travel agent you use in connection with your Cruise, Land + Sea Journey or Land Trip acts solely for you and is deemed your agent. We are not responsible for the financial condition or integrity of any such travel agent. Travel Agents. 3.1 Any travel agent utilised by the Guest in connection with and/or for the booking of this Contract, or otherwise making arrangements for air transportation, shore excursions, tours, land, air, or local water transportation, or shore side accommodations and meals, provides such services solely on Your behalf and not for the Agent.
Travel Agents. For travel agents traveling for training specifically related to the Technology Solution under this Agreement, TAM will provide, at no charge from TAM, space available tickets.
