Consent of Owner. No person shall be entitled to indemnity or payment under this Policy who is an occupant of any automobile which is being used without the consent of the owner thereof.

The insurance provided by this policy does not apply to any person, whether named as Insured or not, who is an operator of any snowmobile which is being used without the consent of its owner. Where a snowmobile is owned by an organization, consent given by a person for whose regular use such snowmobile is provided will be considered as consent given by its owner.

Where the consent, approval or other action of "Owner" is required or taken under this Agreement, that consent or approval shall require the consent of both the Administrative General Partner and the Managing General Partner under Owner's partnership agreement unless the Managing General Partner is permitted to take such action under such Agreement without the consent of the Administrative General Partner, in which latter event only the consent or approval of the Managing General Partner shall be required.

In submitting this development application and supporting documentation, I/WE this owner(s) / the authorized applicant, hereby acknowledge the above-noted policy and provide my/our consent, in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, that the information on this application and any supporting documentation provided by myself, my agents, consultants and solicitors, will be part of the public record and will also be available to the general public. I/We, hereby authorize the Town of Renfrew staff and Committee of Adjustment members of the decision making authority access to the subject site for the purposes of evaluation of the subject application. Consent of Owner. Tenant shall not permit any business to be operated in or from the Leased Premises by any concessionaire or licensee without the prior written consent of the Landlord, and said consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Consent of Owner. Lessee specifically agrees that this Agreement is subject to the approval and consent of the owner of the Property, if any, and that if the owner fails or refuses to grant such approval and consent, this Agreement shall be null and void and Lessor shall have no liability to Lessee whatsoever.
