Regulatory Meetings. The Regulatory Lead Party shall provide the other Party with notice of all meetings, conferences, and discussions (including FDA advisory committee meetings and any other meeting of experts convened by the FDA concerning any topic relevant to a Product, as well as Product labeling and post-Regulatory Approval Product labeling discussions with the FDA) scheduled with the FDA concerning any pending Drug Approval Application or any material regulatory matters relating to a Product within [****]* after the Regulatory Lead Party receives notice of the scheduling of such meeting, conference, or discussion (or within such shorter period as may be necessary in order to give the other Party a reasonable opportunity to participate in such meetings, conferences and discussions). The other Party shall be entitled to be present at, and to participate in, all such meetings, conferences or discussions. PDL’s and BMS’ respective members of the JDC shall use reasonable efforts to agree in advance on the scheduling of such meetings and on the objectives to be accomplished at such meetings, conferences, and discussions and the agenda for the meetings, conferences, and discussions with the FDA. The Regulatory Lead Party shall also include the other Party in any unscheduled, ad-hoc meetings, conferences and discussions with the FDA concerning any pending IND, Drug Approval Application or any material regulatory matters relating to a Product. * Certain information on this page has been omitted and filed separately with the SEC. Regulatory Meetings. Novartis will use Commercially Reasonable Efforts, to the extent reasonably practicable, to permit Surface to have, at Surface’s expense, mutually acceptable representatives of Surface attend, solely as a non-participating observer, material, substantive meetings including pre-IND meetings, with the Governmental Authorities pertaining to Research of such T1 Licensed Product; provided, however, that (a) if required by the Governmental Authority, attendance by Surface will be permitted; (b) attendance by Surface representatives will not prevent participation of a Novartis representative due to restrictions imposed by Regulatory Agencies on the number of attendees; and (c) Novartis will not be obligated to change the schedule of such meeting in order to accommodate the schedule of Surface’s representatives. Novartis will provide Surface, through the JDC, with [***] updates of substantive meetings with the Governmental Authorities in the Novartis Territory pertaining to the Development of each T1 Licensed Product. For clarity, Novartis has the right to attend, at Novartis’ expense, any material, substantive meetings held by or on behalf of Surface, including pre-IND meetings, with the Governmental Authorities pertaining to such T1 Licensed Product. Regulatory Meetings. If requested by Vertex, CFFT will arrange for one or more representatives of CFFT to participate in meetings between representatives of Vertex and any of the FDA, the EMEA and Koseisho (MHW Japan), to the extent that Vertex reasonably believes that representatives from CFFT would further the regulatory approval process.
Regulatory Meetings. The Regulatory Submission Party shall provide the other Party with notice of all meetings, conferences and discussions (including without limitation, advisory committee meetings or any other meeting of experts convened by any Regulatory Authority concerning any topic relevant to the Collaboration Product) promptly after the scheduling of such meeting, conference or discussion. The Party that does not, at the time of such meeting, own the Regulatory Submission for the Collaboration Product that is the subject of such meeting shall be entitled to have one (1) or more representatives, as appropriate under the circumstance and at its sole cost, present at all such meetings. Xxxxxxxxx and AstraZeneca, through the JDC, shall use all reasonable efforts to agree in advance on the scheduling of such meetings, conferences and discussions and on the objectives to be accomplished at such meetings, conferences and discussions and the agenda for the meetings, conferences and discussions with the Regulatory Authority. Each Party shall provide to the other Party, as soon as reasonably practicable but in no event more than two (2) Business Days after its receipt, copies of any material documents or other material correspondence received from a Regulatory Authority in China, United States, European Union or Japan pertaining to the Collaboration Compound or Collaboration Product.
Regulatory Meetings. NVS will use good faith efforts to invite up to [***] representatives of HMI’s regulatory team to attend and act as non-participating observers at any substantive meetings relating to (a) Regulatory Submissions for Development of In-Vivo [***] Products with the FDA or EMA (including the following meetings, to the extent held by NVS: [***], and (b) Regulatory Submissions with respect to Manufacturing by HMI or its Designated CMO of Candidates and Products, in the case of each of (a) and (b), to the extent (i) such meetings are scheduled in advance, (ii) HMI’s attendance is not prohibited by Applicable Law or the FDA or EMA; and (iii) such meetings do not involve Other Components. In addition, (A) attendance by HMI representatives will not prevent participation of a NVS representative due to restrictions imposed by the FDA or EMA on the number of attendees; and (B) NVS will not be obligated to change the schedule of such meetings in order to accommodate the schedule of HMI’s representatives. HMI will follow NVS’ reasonable instructions with respect to any such meeting that it attends, and will not discuss the contents of any such meeting with any Third Party or Regulatory Authority except as required by Applicable Law or authorized by NVS in writing.
Regulatory Meetings. PRAECIS or Synthelabo, as the case may be, will provide the other party with reasonable prior notice of all meetings between its representatives and regulatory authorities regarding any Registration Approval of the Licensed Products in any jurisdiction. The recipient of such notice shall have the right to have a representative present at all important meetings. Each of PRAECIS and Synthelabo will furnish, at the other's request, a representative to attend regulatory meetings of the other regarding Registration Approval of the Licensed Products.
Regulatory Meetings. UGNX shall provide KHK with advance notice of any formal, scheduled meetings with any Regulatory Authority in the Territory or the European Territory with respect to Licensed Products in the Field (including any meetings related to the final positioning of labeling and safety claims within the original and subsequent regulatory submissions), and UGNX shall provide a brief description of the topics to be presented or discussed at that meeting. Subject to Applicable Laws, UGNX shall allow KHK and/or its Affiliates to attend any such meeting (without any obligation on KHK to do so), and to participate in the meeting preparation process.

Regulatory Meetings. To the extent not prohibited by law or regulation, VERTEX shall have the right, after consultation with NOVARTIS and unless VERTEX's presence would impede the regulatory approval process, to have one representative participate in all material meetings between representatives of NOVARTIS and any of the FDA, the EMEA and Koseisho (MHW Japan).
Regulatory Meetings. EYETECH will have sole control as to the regulatory strategy and regulatory decision-making for any Development Compound and/or Compound Product.
Regulatory Meetings. On a Collaboration Target-by-Collaboration Target basis, (a) Kymera, as Regulatory Lead, with respect to meetings with a Governmental Authority in the Territory, and (b) Sanofi, as Regulatory Lead both prior to and during the Opt-In Period, with respect to meetings with a Governmental Authority in the U.S., as applicable, will provide the other Party with reasonable advance notice of all meetings with Governmental Authorities pertaining to any Collaboration Candidates or Licensed Products Directed Against such Collaboration Target for which such Party is the Regulatory Lead, or with as much advance notice as practicable under the circumstances. To the extent permitted by the applicable Government Authority, the non-Regulatory Lead may have up to [***] attend all such meetings.
