Directed Against definition

Directed Against means, as used in connection with a Target, that the product or agent at issue is designed to interact or bind with such Target as its primary mechanism of action.

Directed Against means, with respect to an ASO or other compound, and with respect to a particular target, that such ASO or other compound is engineered or selected to modulate such target for therapeutic benefit.
