Licensed Product definition

Licensed Product means any pharmaceutical product containing a Licensed Compound (alone or with other active ingredients), in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.
Licensed Product means a product or part of a product in the Licensed Field of Use: (A) the making, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent; or (B) which is made with, uses or incorporates any Technology.
Licensed Product means any product or component (i) whose manufacture, use, sale, offer for sale or import is covered by any Valid Claim, or (ii) which is made using a Licensed Process or another Licensed Product.

Examples of Licensed Product in a sentence

  • Negotiation and execution of any agreements with Third Parties necessary for the development, manufacturing, or commercialization of a Licensed Product, including but not limited to contract research organizations (CROs), contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs), distributors, and sublicensees.

  • Payments under this Agreement are inclusive of all taxes such as taxes imposed on the production, sale, delivery, or use of Licensed Product, including, without limitation, any applicable value-added tax, goods and services tax, sales tax, excise tax, or similar taxes.

More Definitions of Licensed Product

Licensed Product means any method, process, composition, product, service, or component part thereof that would, but for the granting of the rights set forth in this Agreement, infringe a Valid Claim contained in the Licensed Patents.
Licensed Product means any product sold by Licensee, its Affiliates or Sublicensees that embodies or uses any aspect of the Licensed Patent Rights and/or the Licensed Technology.

Licensed Product means any product or part thereof which is covered, in whole or in part, by a Valid Claim of a Licensed Patent in the country in which such product is made, used or sold, or which incorporates or utilizes Know-How.
Licensed Product means any material for which the manufacture, use, sale, or import would constitute an infringement of a Valid Claim within the RegentsPatent Rights if not for the license granted to the Licensee under this Agreement.
Licensed Product means any product containing or comprising any Licensed Compound or any Improvement thereto, alone or in combination with one (1) or more other active ingredients, in any and all forms, presentations, Delivery Systems, dosages and formulations (including Improvements to any such forms, presentations, Delivery Systems, dosages and formulations), including any Combination Products.
