Licensed Product definition

Licensed Product means any pharmaceutical product containing a Licensed Compound (alone or with other active ingredients), in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.
Licensed Product means a product or part of a product in the Licensed Field of Use: (A) the making, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent; or (B) which is made with, uses or incorporates any Technology.
Licensed Product means any product or component (i) whose manufacture, use, sale, offer for sale or import is covered by any Valid Claim, or (ii) which is made using a Licensed Process or another Licensed Product.

  • Company will provide Mayo with annual reports within [***] days of each anniversary of the Effective Date describing in detail: (a) all development and marketing activities for each Licensed Product and the names of all Sublicensees, including which of the Sublicensees are Affiliates; and (b) an updated development plan for the next annual period.

More Definitions of Licensed Product

Licensed Product means any method, process, composition, product, service, or component part thereof that would, but for the granting of the rights set forth in this Agreement, infringe a Valid Claim contained in the Licensed Patents.
Licensed Product means any composition, product or service which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale or importation, would be within the scope of one or more pending or issued and unexpired claims of Patent Rights or which was identified, isolated or developed through the use of a Licensed Method.
