Progress Meetings. The Engineer shall from time to time during the progress of the work confer with the State. The Engineer shall prepare and present such information as may be pertinent and necessary or as may be requested by the State in order to evaluate features of the work.

Progress Meetings. The Contractor shall schedule periodic progress review meetings with the City Project Manager as necessary but every 30 days as a minimum.
Progress Meetings. During the term of this Contract, State's Project Manager shall plan and schedule progress meetings with Contractor to discuss Contractor’s and State’s progress in the performance of their respective obligations. These progress meetings will include State’s Project Manager, Contractor’s Project Manager, and any other additional personnel involved in the performance of this Contract as required. At each meeting, Contractor shall provide State with a written status report that identifies any problem or circumstance encountered by Contractor, or of which Contractor gained knowledge during the period since the last such status report, which may prevent Contractor from completing any of its obligations or may generate charges in excess of those previously agreed to by the parties. This may include the failure or inadequacy of State to perform its obligation under this Contract. Contractor shall identify the amount of excess charges, if any, and the cause of any identified problem or circumstance and the steps taken to remedy the same.
Progress Meetings. Implement a schedule of periodic meetings in the field with each utility company and owner or owner’s representatives for coordination purposes. Such meetings shall commence as early as possible and shall continue until completion of the project. The Utility Coordinator shall notify the State at least two (2) business days in advance of each meeting to allow the State the opportunity to participate in the meeting. The Utility Coordinator shall provide and produce meeting minutes of all meetings with said utility companies, owners or owners’ representatives within seven (7) business days. The frequency of such meetings shall be appropriate to the matters under discussion with each utility owner.
Progress Meetings. The parties will meet at the times set out in the Statement of Work (or otherwise as agreed in writing between the parties) to discuss any issues in relation to the provision of the Services. The Supplier must ensure that the Supplier Representative and SPREP must ensure SPREP’s Representative is reasonably available to attend such meetings and answer any queries relating to the provision of the Services raised by ei- ther party.
Progress Meetings. The Subcontractor's Supervisor shall attend all progress meetings while the Work, or any part of it, is in progress, or as requested by the Contractor, and shall be prepared to address schedules, manpower, deliveries, and relevant safety issues, and other issues affecting the Work. Representatives of subsubcontractors whose Work is critical under the current schedule may also be required to attend these meetings.
Progress Meetings. Progress meetings will be conducted on regular intervals (weekly unless otherwise expressly indicated elsewhere in the Contract Documents). The Contractor’s representatives and representatives of Subcontractors (as requested by the District) shall attend progress meetings. Progress Meetings will be chaired by the District or the Construction Manager and will generally include as agenda items: Site safety, field issues, coordination of Work, construction progress and impacts to timely Completion, if any. The purposes of the progress meetings include: a formal and regular forum for discussion of the status and progress of the Work by all Project participants, a review of progress or resolution of previously raised issues and action items assigned to the Project participants, and reviews of the Progress schedule and submittals.

Progress Meetings. Contractor shall conduct regular progress meetings during the course of the Project at least once a month or more often if requested by the City Representative. The meetings shall be held at a site convenient to all parties and if a site cannot be agreed upon, the City will designate a site. The Contractor, City Representative, the Contractor's Superintendent, all subcontractors, engineers, and inspectors, will attend. If requested by the City Representative, Contractor shall keep accurate written minutes of the meetings and forward copies thereof to the City Representative before the next scheduled meeting.
Progress Meetings. The Contractor shall schedule and conduct, at a minimum, bi-weekly progress meetings at which the Department, the COTR, the Contractor and appropriate Subcontractors can discuss the status of the Work. The Contractor shall prepare and promptly distribute meeting minutes.
Progress Meetings. The Owner shall chair the progress meetings between the parties to the Contract that shall include a representative from each major subcontractor if so requested by the Owner. The Owner or the Owner’s Consultant or the Contractor shall take notes of the progress meeting and shall distribute copies to each party within five (5) business days after completion of the meeting. The conference notes shall summarize decisions made at the meeting and reflect the weekly job progress in comparison to the Guaranteed Project Schedule. The attendees are responsible for remembering their own required action and the conference notes shall serve only as a reminder and record of the required action.
