Drug Approval Application definition
Drug Approval Application means an application for Regulatory Approval required before commercial sale or use of a Licensed Product as a drug in a regulatory jurisdiction.
Drug Approval Application means a New Drug Application as defined in the FFDCA or any corresponding foreign application in the Territory, including, with respect to the European Union, a Marketing Authorization Application filed with the EMA pursuant to the centralized approval procedure or with the applicable Regulatory Authority of a country in Europe with respect to the mutual recognition or any other national approval.

Drug Approval Application means, with respect to a Candidate in a particular country or region, an application for Commercialization Regulatory Approval for such Candidate in such country or region, including without limitation: (a) an NDA or sNDA; (b) a counterpart of an NDA or sNDA (including, without limitation, a CTN) in any country or region in the Territory; and (c) all supplements and amendments to any of the foregoing.
Drug Approval Application means a New Drug Application (an “NDA”) as defined in the FFDCA and the regulations promulgated thereunder (including all additions, supplements, extensions, and modifications thereto), or any corresponding foreign application in the Territory, including, with respect to the European Union, a Marketing Authorization Application (a “MAA”) filed with the EMA pursuant to the centralized approval procedure or with the applicable Regulatory Authority of a country in Europe with respect to the mutual recognition or any other national approval procedure.
