Publication of material. A professional up-to-date web site in English to adequately inform participants and potential participants about the Congress. 1st Announcement ("save the date" flyer): Sufficient copies to be printed in English and distributed internationally and widely to the whole ISPRS mailing list approximately 2 - 3 years prior to the Congress. 2nd Announcement and Call for Papers: Electronic version and sufficient hardcopies to be prepared to include all information concerning typical sessions in the technical programme, submission of abstracts and full papers, the Congress venue, hotels, registration, pre-tours etc. The 2nd announcement shall be distributed to the ISPRS mailing list and to interested parties approximately 2 years prior to the Congress. In addition to distribution of the Announcements, an Internet site for the Congress shall be established to include all Announcement information plus links to the ISPRS Home Page and other relevant sites. The Congress site shall be continually maintained with current information of value to potential participants and to authors. Final Programme: (approximately 3,000 printed copies), including the full technical session schedule, which shall be distributed to the participants upon arrival at the Congress. A printed programme of the opening session to be distributed to all participants of the opening session. The Congress proceedings (Archives B and Annals volumes) of all accepted and available papers in electronic form and in printed form (the latter if deemed necessary by Council) shall be available at the beginning of the Congress. If available, the hardcopy version is subject to a separate fee. Copies of the Volume A which is a summary of the past 4 years including the Congress, shall be published after the Congress with all relevant pictures under the guidance and responsibility of the Congress Director. The proceedings shall be published in the prescribed format (see "Orange Book") as volumes of The International Archives of the Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Spatial Information Sciences for papers based on abstract review and of the ISPRS Annals of the Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Spatial Information Sciences for papers accepted based on full-paper double-blind review. ISPRS Council has signed a contract with Copernicus Gesellschaft mbH which covers the publication of camera-ready pdf-files according to the ISPRS Guidelines for Authors. Publication of material. Members will be privy to some commercially sensitive information and therefore have signed Non Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) as part of their recruitment process. The company will make it clear on all papers circulated to the CCG and CCG members whether they contain information the Company regards as commercially sensitive, using the existing classification standards, as set out below:
Publication of material. Where the Agreement provides for the publication of material, the following specific conditions shall apply. The EMD Academy will retain the right to edit the final draft prior to publication subject, in the case of joint publications, to amendments proposed being agreed with the author(s). Prior to publication, the freelancer and/or others associated with the publication shall not disclose any material obtained or produced for the purposes of the project to any other party unless The EMD Academy have given prior approval in writing. The freelancer will provide to The EMD Academy copies of all material, data etcetera collected specifically for the project and indicate the source of other material used. The EMD Academy will, except where specifically agreed otherwise, hold copyright to the publication.
Publication of material. Any services provided by the Consultant under this Agreement shall be the sole property of XXXX and all intellectual property and all other property rights in those deliverables shall vest in the XXXX. “Intellectual Property” includes letters, patent trademarks whether registered or unregistered, registered or unregistered designs, utility models, copyrights including design copyrights applications for any of the foregoing and the right to apply for them in any part of the world, discoveries, creations, inventions or improvements upon or additions to an invention, confidential information, know-how and any research effort relating to any of the above mentioned business names whether registerable or not moral rights and any similar rights in any country. The Consultant hereby assigns to the XXXX all existing and future Intellectual Property Rights in any Intellectual Property and all materials embodying these rights to the fullest extent permitted by law. Insofar as they do not vest automatically by operation of law or under this agreement, the Consultant holds legal title in these rights and inventions on trust for the XXXX.

  • Removal of Materials If you decide you would like to remove your Materials from the Service, you may provide written notice to Prime Publishing by either deleting the image through the Prime Publishing interface or by contacting Prime Publishing customer service, and Prime Publishing will remove such Materials from the Service within a reasonable period of time. 5) License for Name, Trademarks and Likenesses. You hereby grant to Prime Publishing, its Affiliates and sublicensees a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use all trademarks, trade names, and the names and likenesses of any individuals that appear in the Materials.
