Commercially Sensitive Information definition

Commercially Sensitive Information means the Information (i) listed in the Commercially Sensitive Information Schedule; or (ii) notified to the Authority in writing (prior to the commencement of this Contract) which has been clearly marked as Commercially Sensitive Information comprised of information:

Examples of Commercially Sensitive Information in a sentence

  • Before publishing the Transparency Information to the general public in accordance with clause 2 above, the Authority shall redact any information that would be exempt from disclosure if it was the subject of a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (“the Act”) or the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (“the Regulations”), including the Contractor Commercially Sensitive Information.
