Moral Rights. Any assignment to the Company of Inventions includes all rights of attribution, paternity, integrity, modification, disclosure and withdrawal, and any other rights throughout the world that may be known as or referred to as “moral rights,” “artist’s rights,” “droit moral,” or the like (collectively, “Moral Rights”). To the extent that Moral Rights cannot be assigned under applicable law, Consultant hereby waives and agrees not to enforce any and all Moral Rights, including, without limitation, any limitation on subsequent modification, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
Moral Rights. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the terms of this Section 2 include all rights of paternity, integrity, disclosure, withdrawal and any other rights that may be known or referred to as moral rights, artist’s rights, droit moral or the like (collectively, “Moral Rights”). To the extent I retain any such Moral Rights under applicable law, I hereby ratify and consent to any action that may be taken with respect to such Moral Rights by or authorized by the Company, and agree not to assert any Moral Rights with respect thereto. I will confirm any such ratification, consent or agreement from time to time as requested by the Company. Furthermore, I agree that notwithstanding any rights of publicity, privacy or otherwise (whether or not statutory) anywhere in the world and without any further compensation, the Company may and is hereby authorized to use my name, likeness and voice in connection with promotion of its business, products and services, and to allow others to do the same.
Moral Rights. If moral rights apply to the Contribution, to the maximum extent permitted by law, You waive and agree not to assert such moral rights against Us or our successors in interest, or any of our licensees, either direct or indirect.
Moral Rights. Any assignment of copyrights under this Agreement includes all rights of paternity, integrity, disclosure and withdrawal and any other rights that may be known as “moral rights” (collectively, “Moral Rights”). Contractor hereby irrevocably waives, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any and all claims Contractor may now or hereafter have in any jurisdiction to any Moral Rights with respect to the Deliverables.
Moral Rights. To the extent permitted by applicable law, I assign to the Company all “moral rights” I may have in any Inventions, except as provided in Section 2(g) below. If and to the extent an assignment or transfer of any Moral Rights is not valid or enforceable under any applicable law, I grant the Company a worldwide, unlimited, royalty-free right and license in and to, and I hereby forever waive and agree never to assert, any and all Moral Rights I may have in or with respect to any Inventions even after termination of my employment or work on behalf of the Company. “Moral Rights” mean any rights to attribution or claim authorship of a work of authorship, to object to or prevent the modification of any work of authorship, or to withdraw from circulation or control the publication or distribution of any work, and any similar right, existing under judicial or statutory law of any country or jurisdiction in the world, or under any treaty, regardless of whether or not such right is denominated or generally referred to as a “moral right.”
Moral Rights. Any assignment of copyright pursuant to this Agreement includes all rights of paternity, integrity, disclosure and withdrawal and any other rights that may be known as or referred to as “moral rights” (collectively “Moral Rights”). To the extent such Moral Rights cannot be assigned under applicable law and to the extent the following is allowed by the laws in the various countries where Moral Rights exist, Executive hereby waives such Moral Rights and consents to any action of the Employer that would violate such Moral Rights in the absence of such consent. The Executive will confirm any such waivers and consents from time to time as requested by the Employer.
Moral Rights. You agree to hereby waive in whole all moral rights and agree never to assert any moral rights which you may have in your Work Product, including, without limitation, the right to the integrity of such Work Product, the right to be associated with the Work Product, the right to restrain or claim damages for any distortion, mutilation or other modification or enhancement of the Work Product and the right to restrain, the use or reproduction of the Work Product in any context and in connection with any product, service, cause or institution and you further confirm that the Company may use or alter any such Work Product as the Company sees fit in its absolute discretion.
Moral Rights. 10.6 The Executive hereby waives and further agrees to, from time to time as such Inventions arise, waive for the benefit of the Company and its successors or assigns all the Executive‘s moral rights in respect of the Inventions.
Moral Rights. To the extent not assignable, Executive hereby waives, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any and all claims he may now or hereafter have in any jurisdiction to all rights of paternity, integrity, disclosure and withdrawal and any other rights that may be known as “moral rights” with respect to all Company Inventions.
Moral Rights. The Employee hereby irrevocably waives all moral rights arising under statute in any jurisdiction or under common law which the employee may have now or in the future with respect to the Developments, including, without limitation, any rights the Employee may have to have the Employee’s name associated with the Developments or to have the Employee’s name not associated with the Developments, any rights the Employee may have to prevent the alteration, translation or destruction of the Developments, and any rights the Employee may have to control the use of the Developments in association with any product, service, cause or institution. The Employee agrees that this waiver may be invoked by the Company, and by any of its authorized agents or assignees, in respect of any or all of the Developments and that the Company may assign the benefit of this waiver to any Person.
