An invention definition

An invention means a technical solution in form of a product or a process which is intended to solve a problem by application of laws of nature.
An invention in this law means the highly advanced creation of technical ideas by which a law of nature is utilized. Therefore, business method inventions are not statutory inventions, because business methods themselves do not have technical aspects but only economic aspects.
