Return of Materials. Upon termination or expiration of the Agreement, or upon written request of the Company, the Recipient shall promptly return to the Company all documents and other tangible materials representing the Company’s Confidential Information and all copies thereof. The Company shall notify immediately the Recipient upon discovery of any loss or unauthorized disclosure of the Confidential Information.
Return of Materials. All documents and other tangible objects containing or representing Confidential Information which have been disclosed by either party to the other party, and all copies thereof which are in the possession of the other party, shall be and remain the property of the disclosing party and shall be promptly returned to the disclosing party upon the disclosing party’s written request.
Return of Materials. The Executive shall surrender to the Employer, promptly upon its request and in any event upon termination of the Executive’s employment, all media, documents, notebooks, computer programs, handbooks, data files, models, samples, price lists, drawings, customer lists, prospect data, or other material of any nature whatsoever (in tangible or electronic form) in the Executive’s possession or control, including all copies thereof, relating to the Employer, its business, or its customers. Upon the request of the Employer, the Executive shall certify in writing compliance with the foregoing requirement.
Return of Materials. Upon the termination of this Agreement, or upon Company’s earlier request, Consultant will deliver to the Company all of the Company’s property, including but not limited to all electronically stored information and passwords to access such property, or Confidential Information that Consultant may have in Consultant’s possession or control.
Return of Materials. The Executive agrees to deliver or return to the Employer upon termination, upon expiration of this Agreement, or as soon thereafter as possible, all written information and any other similar items furnished by the Employer or prepared by the Executive in connection with the Executive’s services hereunder. The Executive will retain no copies thereof after termination of this Agreement or termination of the Executive’s employment.
Return of Materials. Upon the request of the COUNTY, but in any event upon termination of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall surrender to the COUNTY all memoranda, notes, records, drawings, manuals, computer software, and other documents or materials pertaining to the services hereunder, that were furnished to CONTRACTOR by the COUNTY pursuant to this Agreement.
Return of Materials. All documents, records, notebooks, notes, memoranda, drawings or other documents made or compiled by the Executive at any time while employed by the Company, or in the Executive’s possession, including any and all copies thereof, shall be the property of the Company and shall be held by the Executive in trust and solely for the benefit of the Company, and shall be delivered to the Company by the Executive upon termination of employment or at any other time upon request by the Company.
Return of Materials. Upon the termination of Executive’s employment for any reason, Executive shall return to the Company all of the Company’s property, including, but not limited to, keys, passcards, credit cards, customer lists, rolodexes, tapes, software, computer files, marketing and sales materials and any other property, record, document or piece of equipment belonging to the Company.
Return of Materials. Upon Employee’s termination, Employee shall return to the Company all written, electronic, recorded or graphic materials of any kind belonging or relating to the Company or its affiliates, including any originals, copies and abstracts in Employee’s possession or control.
Return of Materials. Upon the termination of Employee's employment by the Company for any reason, Employee shall promptly deliver to the Company all correspondence, drawings, blueprints, manuals, letters, notes, notebooks, reports, programs, proposals and any documents concerning the Company's customers or concerning products or processes used by the Company and, without limiting the foregoing, will promptly deliver to the Company any and all other documents or materials containing or constituting Confidential Information.
