Utility models means an exclusive right granted for an invention which allows the right holder to prevent others from commercially using the protected invention without his authorization for a limited period of time.

The Employee acknowledges that the Company has the exclusive right to use all the Works, Know-How, Patent Applications, Utility Model Applications and any other Intellectual Property Rights that are related to the Works and/or Know-How.
