USE OF MATERIAL. The Employer intends using the information provided by the Consultant for purposes including: • professional advice regarding decisions to be made in connection with the subject matter of the services; • inputs into the work of others and the administration of contracts; and • professional inputs into the delivery process Task specific use of information provided by the Consultant is set out in the Task Order.

USE OF MATERIAL. Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, the Grantee may release information or material developed under this Agreement, provided it is acknowledged that the State funded all or a portion of its development. The State, and federal awarding agency, if applicable, retains a royalty-free, nonexclusive and irrevocable right to reproduce, publish, and use in whole or in part, and authorize others to do so, any copyrightable material or research data submitted under this grant whether or not the material is copyrighted by the Grantee or another person. The Grantee will only submit materials that the State can use in accordance with this paragraph.
USE OF MATERIAL. The Material will be used only by Principal Investigator or by individuals working under Principal Investigator’s direct supervision for the Research Project and will not be transferred, distributed or released to any other person outside Principal Investigator’s immediate research group without GlobeImmune’s prior written consent. The Material is only made available to Recipient for investigational use in laboratory animals or in in vitro experiments and will not be used in humans or in contact with any cells or other materials to be infused into humans. Recipient shall use the Material in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to the handling of containment of the Materials. Recipient shall use the Material solely for academic research purposes and not for any commercial purpose.
USE OF MATERIAL a) The Client authorizes the Provider to use its name, logo, and/or trademark without notice or explicitly signed consent, in connection with creation of promotional material, to be disseminated to public, either through print or electronic media. The promotional material may include, but is not restricted to, press releases, announcements, video recordings, radio productions, periodicals, advertisements, website content etc.
USE OF MATERIAL. 41.01 On the basis of the rates of compensation established in this agreement the Employer has the full right to use and/or re-use, in any manner, form or medium that the Employer chooses, all material produced by the employees during their working hours with the Penticton Herald.

USE OF MATERIAL. You shall not make any recordings, translations, or copies, in whole or in part, physical or electronic, of any Material used or made available to you. Material provided to participants is limited to the copies received by each participant. For the avoidance of doubt, Material is made available to you for your use during the course of the Professional Services and you are to return or, if instructed by us, destroy or delete all Materials related to the Professional Services upon completion of the event. However, when instructed by us, participants may retain Material for their internal use as end-users.
