Business Names means the business names exclusively used in respect of the Hospital Business, but excluding those containing a Reserved Name.

Business Names means the following trade names: “SunOpta”, “Sunrich” and “Sunrich Naturals”.

More Definitions of Business Names

Business Names shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of Intellectual Property.
