Production Process. Final testing/posting • Once the site has been approved, it will be transferred to SCAG’s Web server. Web material will be posted/accepted only upon final review and approval by SCAG Web staff. EXHIBIT H Mapping Guidelines for Consultants Exhibit H – Mapping Guidelines for Consultants This document sets out some basic guidelines and “rules of thumb” that should always be considered whenever consultant creates maps for SCAG-related projects. The guidelines cover three major areas: procedural or process, physical presentation, and data presentation. The main points of the procedural guidelines can be summarized as the need to work, early on, with other key staff and stakeholders. GIS, Web, and graphic staff can offer valuable information. Key members of the intended audience can often provide important issues that the map(s) should address. Physical presentation covers basic required map elements, e.g., SCAG logo, titles, aesthetics, geographical extents and use of insets. The guidelines for data presentation provide strategies for bringing out the “story” embedded in the data. They cover such things as proper geographical scale, using the correct statistic, and how to summarize the data into meaningful groups.

Production Process. STEP BODY ACTION
Production Process. The demand of the LEIBER Group for "zero errors" must extend through all process levels. The supplier must establish the conditions necessary for this. The process capability is to be verified over the entire production period for important product and process characteristics defined in the development or planning phase. In the case of non-capable processes according to the requirements named under item 12, a 100% inspection is to be carried out for the affected product characteristic long-term. This can be omitted again in coordination with the supplier. In applications in which the use of statistical process control (SPC) cannot be implemented, a sufficient inspection (starting at 100%, reduction in consultation with the LEIBER Group) must be performed. The LEIBER Group must be allowed to view the relevant documents/data. By constantly monitoring the production processes, the applications are particularly regulated for important characteristics requiring documentation  on the product (for example, with regard to function, dimensions, weight, surface)  or process (for instance, with regard to pressure, temperature, time, voltage, torque). Verification that the process is continuously under control must be provided. If process malfunctions and quality deviations occur, the supplier must take immediate measures within one day to safeguard the production supply for the LEIBER Group. They must analyse the causes within one week, and implement the corrective measures within three weeks after discovering the deficiency and verify their effectiveness. If these deadlines are not realized by the supplier in individual cases, they must proactively coordinate target dates with the LEIBER Group. This is independent of proof of fault by the supplier. The differentiation of the defective parts must take place clearly and plausibly. Version Date Checked/approved File name Page

Production Process. The existing paragraph is deleted and replaced with the following: “The decision on the casting technology used is up to the ingot supplier as long as the Specifications are met. The supplier has to advise of major changes in the production process of the ingots and changes in the pre-material used which may affect the supplier’s ability to meet the Specifications before the first shipment. The ingots shall be delivered having the minimum quality characteristics as tested and released by ASG during the qualification trials. A qualification is valid only for the production site with which the qualification was accomplished.”
Production Process. The approved contract or proposal is assigned to a Project Manager who supervises the conversion into detailed production plans and applicable drawings. These drawings are sent to the customer’s authorized Point of Contact (POC) for approval. Once the plans meet the customer’s satisfaction and are approved, they are forwarded to our technical engineering department who reviews them and creates a detailed xxxx of materials to identify and acquire the parts required to perform the conversion. When the base vehicle arrives at ENG, it goes through a full inspection ensuring there is no damage or missing parts and matches the specifications supplied or approved. A vehicle check in list is completed and placed in the work order folder. The vehicle is brought onto the production floor and includes a carefully monitored parts storage area to ensure all parts remain with the vehicle throughout its conversion. All parts are properly identified for every job. The Project Manager inspects vehicles during construction and will alert the customer’s POC to the progress of the project and any deviations that may be required. The vehicle conversion is completed and a thorough QC process including a test drive is completed to ensure all components are installed and operating correctly. If any issues are discovered, they are immediately corrected. This step has uncovered OEM warranty issues which required a visit to a local car dealership prior to the vehicle’s final delivery to the customer. The detailed inspection and delivery documents are kept with the job folder for future reference.
