Joint Review Committee Sample Clauses
The Joint Review Committee clause establishes a committee composed of representatives from both parties to oversee and review specific aspects of the agreement or project. This committee typically meets at regular intervals to discuss progress, resolve disputes, and make joint decisions on matters such as project milestones, deliverables, or compliance issues.
