Corrective Measures. If the Participating Generator fails to meet or maintain the requirements set forth in this Agreement and/or the CAISO Tariff, the CAISO shall be permitted to take any of the measures, contained or referenced in the CAISO Tariff, which the CAISO deems to be necessary to correct the situation.

Corrective Measures. If the SC or any SC Metered Entity that it represents fails to meet or maintain the standards for Metering Facilities or comply with the audit or test procedures as set forth in the ISO Tariff, the ISO shall be permitted to take corrective measures. Each Party shall ensure that the competent judicial authorities may order, at the request of the applicant and without prejudice to any damages to the right holder by reason of the infringement, and without compensation of any sort, destruction of goods that they have found to be infringing an intellectual property right or any other measures to definitively remove those goods from the channels of commerce. Corrective Measures. In the event of a pattern of material inconsistencies in the data stream provided by the Monitoring and Communication Equipment, Seller shall perform, at Seller's expense, such corrective measures as Company may reasonably require, such as the recalibration of all field measurement device components of the Monitoring and Communication Equipment.
