Editorial Control. The Licensee shall be permitted only to exercise editorial control over programming to the extent permitted by federal law.
Editorial Control. TMLS is not required to, and assumes no responsibility to, review, edit, or exercise editorial control over the TMLS Database or the Subscriber Contribution; use of either is subject to the exclusions of warranties and limitations of liabilities set forth in this Agreement. The foregoing notwithstanding, TMLS may take any steps necessary in its judgment, including deleting the Subscriber Contribution or portions thereof, to avoid or remedy any violation of law, breach of the TMLS Policies or infringement of intellectual property right.
Editorial Control. For the avoidance of doubt the BBC shall have editorial control over the Programme and shall not be bound to make a Programme or use the Work or any part thereof in any way and if it does not do so shall not be liable to the Writer in any way for any loss or damage suffered by the Writer thereby or any failure to obtain publicity or any opportunity to enhance the reputation of the Writer.
Editorial Control. 5.1 The BBC shall have sole control over the production and manufacture of the Recording, Compilation or Set or of any electronic format, specification or delivery and of the design and layout of the Support Material.

Editorial Control. The agreement shall set out the rights of the employee to exercise editorial control with respect to obsolescence or suitability of the intended audience.

The foregoing notwithstanding, MARIS may take any steps necessary in its judgment, including deleting the Participant Contribution or portions thereof, to avoid or remedy any violation of law, breach of the MARIS Policies or infringement of intellectual property right. Additionally, MARIS shall have the right to alter and/or remove metadata and copyright management information contained in the Participant Contribution.

NWWMLS is not required to, and assumes no responsibility to, review, edit, or exercise editorial control over the NWWMLS Database or the Subscriber Contribution; use of either is subject to the exclusions of warranties and limitations of liabilities set forth in this Agreement. The foregoing notwithstanding, NWWMLS may take any steps necessary in its judgment, including deleting the Subscriber Contribution or portions thereof, to avoid or remedy any violation of law, breach of the NWWMLS Policies or infringement of intellectual property right. Additionally, NWWMLS shall have the right to alter and/or remove metadata and copyright management information contained in the Subscriber Contribution.
Editorial Control. Sponsor acknowledges and agrees that XXXX, XXXX Management, its affiliates and, as applicable, the editors, writers and speakers, retain total editorial independence with respect to the content presented in any Sponsorship Opportunity and the selection and presentation there of subject to Section 8 regarding Company Content. Except as expressly detailed in an Addendum, XXXX is under no obligation to include any author or speaker suggested by Sponsor. In any event, Sponsor shall clearly disclose to XXXX any financial, employment or other relationship between Sponsor and any suggested speaker or author.
