Postings of Vacancies. (a) The Employer agrees that all vacant bargaining unit positions shall be posted for a period of 10 calendar days on the Personnel Office bulletin board, the job line telephone message centre and emailed to all employees' current email addresses. Sufficient copies of all such positions shall be provided to the Union to be posted on union bulletin boards.

However, the Employer reserves the right to pass over any Employee who, in the Employer’s opinion, does not possess the qualifications, regardless of their seniority.
