Position Qualifications. The first consideration in filling vacant positions with an internal applicant shall be the applicant's ability to meet the primary qualifications of the position. The second consideration shall be seniority within the bargaining unit. If the District determines that seniority rights should not govern because a less senior person is better qualified for the position, the District shall, upon request and within five (5) days, set forth the reasons why the senior employee was bypassed.

Position Qualifications. All qualifications for each position begin on the date of ratification. All employees wishing to test shall meet positional qualifications prior to testing, and must have all documentation (e.g., college transcripts, course certificates, etc.) uploaded in the District's training records database on the day that the employee registers for the test. All academic degrees must be obtained from a U.S. Department of Education school that participates in Title IV federal programs.

Position Qualifications. MBA preferred; BS, BA, or BBA Degree required or equivalent experience. · Minimum 12 years of experience in a senior financial position, with extensive administrative experience in financial institutions. · CPA designation preferred. · Extensive background in financial institution accounting and auditing, operations, and policies and procedures related to same. · High-level analytical skills. · Ability to manage a group of highly trained personnel. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Maintain a current knowledge of and process work in accordance with Bank policies and procedures. · Specifically adhere to the Bank’s CIP, BSA and related security procedures · Complete required Compliance training within established time frames. · Normal working conditions · Occasional travel · May involve occasional exposure to noise, hazards, fumes, dust and /or odors at customer sites when making calls. (Normal safety precautions should be applied at all time).

Position Qualifications. Student Ambassadors must have a 2.5 GPA or higher to be accepted into the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ School Student Ambassador & Advisory Council and must maintain a 2.5 GPA throughout service. All WAOPA members who pass the skills based assessment test will be interviewed. Upon request, an employee shall receive in writing within five (5) work days, reasons for not being selected for a transfer.

Position Qualifications. Project Manager/ Electrical Engineer Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer At least ten (10) years’ experience in high voltage electrical infrastructure works five (5) years of which shall be post professional designation. A minimum of Three (3) years’ experience in the Public Sector, specifically the Bermuda Government. Knowledge of Ministry of Public Works procurement practice, FIDIC standard forms of contract, Government documentation, writing of Cabinet Papers and Contract Award Recommendations.
