Contract Award. Award shall be made on a lump sum basis to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The lowest bid will be the bid whose price, after incorporating all accepted alternates, is the lowest responsive bid that was received from a responsible bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty-five days after time has been called on the date of opening except in accordance with the provisions of law.
Contract Award subparagraph (a.) is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
Contract Award. (1) The Government intends to award a contract or contracts resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose proposal(s) represents the best value after evaluation in accordance with the factors and subfactors in the solicitation.
Contract Award a. The original term of this Contract shall be from date of the last Party’s signature to the Contract and shall continue through August 31, 2021 (“Original Term”), unless terminated earlier as provided in RFQ No. 000-00-0000, Part III, and/or section 2.02. set forth below. The Contract may be renewed for three (3) additional one (1) year periods, provided the renewal is executed prior to expiration of the current contract term. Any renewals shall be in writing and at the same terms and conditions, plus any approved changes. This contract is contingent upon the continued availability of funding. If funds become unavailable through lack of appropriations, legislative budget cuts, amendment of the Appropriations Act, state agency consolidations, or any other disruption of current appropriations, the Termination provisions of the Contract Documents shall apply.
Contract Award. (a) This Contract shall renew as of September 1, 2021 and shall continue in force through August 31, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the "Renewal Period"), after which no further renewal option is authorized, though an extension may be requested by TFC for purposes of re-solicitation; such extension shall not exceed three (3) months. This renewal is governed by the provisions, terms and conditions of the Contract and with any additional provisions, terms and conditions included in this Amendment No. 1.
Contract Award subparagraph (a.) to exercise renewal option one (1) of three (3) to continue the Contract through August 31, 2023, and to modify section 3.01. CONTRACT LIMIT, FEES AND EXPENSES. changing the not-to-exceed amount of the Contract from ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($100,000.00) to TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($200,000.00), as approved by the Executive Director on July 13, 2022.
Contract Award a. This contract constitutes the Government's acceptance of the Contractor's offer, including all revisions that were approved and accepted by the Government, under Requests for Proposals (RFPs) SPE8EC-17-R- 0009, as amended by Amendment 0001. It is an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements Contract under which the Contractor shall function as a supplier for Snow Removal Equipment.
Contract Award. Once finalized, an agreement will be processed for final approval and award by the necessary County authority. Upon award, Contractor will be contacted to plan and schedule work. Notification of award will be posted to the County’s website along with a bid tabulation. Notification letters will also be sent to each contractor that submitted a proposal.
Contract Award. CDB will notify the A/E and all successful bidders of our intent to award a contract by copy of the Notice of Award (NOA) letter.
