Training Records. A. Employees may request a copy of their training record. The Employer will provide either a hard copy or electronic access to their training record. If an employee provides documentation to the Employer of work-related training it will be recorded in the training record or the employee personnel file.

Training Records. Xxxxxx shall maintain written documentation (e.g., written or electronic certificates of completion from the training provider) that all Covered Persons required to receive training have in fact completed such training. The documentation shall specify the type of training received, the individual who completed the training, and the date received.

Training Records. The State and the Union agree that it is the shared responsibility of the departments and employees to maintain records of training provided by the State. Upon request, Departments shall provide an employee with written verification or certification of completion for any in-house training courses successfully completed by the employee. The request shall be made prior to or during participation in the course.
