Training Records. A. Employees may request a copy of their training record. The Employer will provide either a hard copy or electronic access to their training record. If an employee provides documentation to the Employer of work-related training it will be recorded in the training record or the employee personnel file.
Training Records. Xxxxxx shall maintain written documentation (e.g., written or electronic certificates of completion from the training provider) that all Covered Persons required to receive training have in fact completed such training. The documentation shall specify the type of training received, the individual who completed the training, and the date received.
Training Records. The Contractor (and/or any subcontractor) shall maintain training records for all its employees working under this contract in accordance with HHS policy. A copy of the training records shall be provided to the CO and/or COR within 30 days after contract award and annually thereafter or upon request.
Training Records. 15.8.1 The Employer may maintain records of successful completion of all training courses. In addition, employees are responsible for keeping records of successful completion of all training courses.

Except where the Union and the State have otherwise agreed, upon completion of a training/continuing education program, the participant will forward a certificate or other appropriate recognition of course completion to the appropriate Agency designee for placement in the employee’s personnel file. If such evidence is not received, additional requests for release time will not be approved.
Training Records. The State and the Union agree that it is the shared responsibility of the departments and employees to maintain records of training provided by the State. Upon request, Departments shall provide an employee with written verification or certification of completion for any in-house training courses successfully completed by the employee. The request shall be made prior to or during participation in the course.
Training Records. Upon completion of a Training/Continuing Education Program, the participant will receive a certificate or other appropriate recognition of course completion. Evidence of completion will be forwarded to the appropriate supervisory designees and shall be placed in the employee’s personnel file. If such evidence of completion is not received by the Employer, additional requests for release time will not be approved.
Training Records. Microsoft will maintain security and disclosure awareness training records as required by IRS Publication 1075, which will be available to Customer upon written request.
