Outsourced Services Sample Clauses

The Outsourced Services clause defines the terms under which a party may delegate certain tasks or responsibilities to third-party service providers. Typically, this clause outlines which services can be outsourced, the standards or requirements those third parties must meet, and the original party’s ongoing obligations, such as oversight or liability for the outsourced work. Its core function is to clarify the rights and responsibilities related to outsourcing, ensuring that both parties understand how such arrangements are managed and who remains accountable for performance.
