Prior Review Clause Samples
The Prior Review clause establishes a requirement for one party to submit certain documents, materials, or actions for approval or review by the other party before proceeding. In practice, this might apply to marketing materials, public statements, or project deliverables, where the reviewing party has the right to request changes or withhold approval until their standards are met. This clause ensures quality control, protects sensitive information, and helps prevent misunderstandings or unauthorized disclosures by giving one party oversight before key steps are taken.
