Type of Services. Tenable offers a range of Professional Services; provided, however, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Tenable does not offer creation of custom intellectual property. Tenable is not obligated to provide any Professional Services except as mutually agreed in a Services Brief or SOW.
Type of Services a. The Supplier shall provide the Customer with the following online courses at the Customer’s schools:
Type of Services. Gas Parking Service Transporter agrees to provide Gas Parking Service on an reasonable endeavours basis and Shipper agrees to receive and pay for such services in accordance with the terms of this Transaction and the terms of Master Parking Service Agreement, which are incorporated herein by this reference; provided, however, that where a capitalized term used in this Transaction is defined differently in the Master Parking Service Agreement, such defined term shall have the meaning given in this Transaction. This Transaction forms an individual and separate contract between the Parties. The relationship between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Transaction shall be governed by the terms of this Transaction, subject to the terms and conditions of the Master Parking Service Agreement (including the dispute resolution provisions thereof and the limitations on liability contained therein).
Type of Services. PANAM shall lease to Customer certain flight simulator(s) (the “Simulators”) and Baltia Airlines- approved instructor services for Customer’s use as such Simulators and instructor services are further described in Exhibit(s) hereto. Baltia Airlines, Inc agrees to purchase its Training requirements for such Simulators from PANAM subject to the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
Type of Services. Except as otherwise provided herein, for the term determined pursuant to Section 1.2 hereof, QUALCOMM shall provide or cause to be provided to Leap such services as may reasonably be requested by Leap and approved by QUALCOMM (which approval may not unreasonably be withheld) from time to time following the date hereof (the "Services").
Type of Services. The Subcontractor shall supply Atos with Services of a T&M nature, as described in detail in each Specific Agreement.

Except as otherwise provided herein, for the term determined pursuant to Section 1.2 hereof, IMPCO shall, as may reasonably be requested by Quantum upon reasonable notice from time to time on and after the Contribution Date (which shall be referred to herein as the "Effective Date"), provide or cause to be provided to Quantum services in support of the Business, consisting of those generically described services summarized on Exhibit A attached hereto and set forth with specificity in Exhibit B (comprised of statements of work) attached hereto (the "Services"). Subject to the limitations set forth in this Agreement, the Services shall be performed in the manner, to the extent and at a time substantially consistent with the manner in which IMPCO provided such Services to the Business prior to the Distribution Date.
Type of Services. TE agrees to provide Services (as defined in the Service Agreement) with respect to the System(s) (as defined in the Service Agreement).
