Services Acceptance. State has the right to make acceptance of Services subject to acceptance criteria. State may apply as acceptance criteria conformity to the Contract, accuracy, completeness, or other indicators of quality or other matter for which the Contract or law states a requirement, whether stated directly or by reference to another document, standard, reference specification, etc. State will not owe Contractor any payment for un-accepted Services; and State may, at its discretion, withhold or make partial payment for any rejected Services if Contractor is still in the process of re-performing or otherwise curing the grounds for State’s rejection.
Services Acceptance. In the event of Services, during the following ten (10) Business Days after completion of the Services by Supplier, Axtel shall issue a Service Acceptance Notification to Supplier that should contain at least the following information: o Document Date o Purchase Order Number o Date of Service Completion Annex E Purchase and License Agreement for FWA Equipment (Dec 2004) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- o Acceptance Note and Service Receipt Acceptance Number o Refusal Note describing the reasons in writing (if applicable) If after ten (10) Business Days, Axtel has not delivered to Airspan such Service Acceptance Notification, it will be deemed that Axtel has accepted the provided Services and Airspan will invoice Axtel.
Services Acceptance upon completion of the Services, RSCS will consider acceptance of the Services as taking place eight (8) working days after relevant supply to Licensee. In case Licensee does not notify to RSCS any non-conformity during these eight (8) days, the relevant Services will be deemed accepted by Licensee. In case Licensee notifies to RSCS non-conformity during these eight (8) days, RSCS will correct the non-conformity and the related Services will be deemed accepted by Licensee upon the correction of the non-conformity.

Services Acceptance. CLIENT shall accept the qualitative performance of the SERVICES when it has been satisfactorily demonstrated to CLIENT to operate in substantial accordance with the existing AGREEMENT and this Statement of Work.
Services Acceptance. The acceptance process (if any) will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, will apply only to the deliverables specified, and shall not apply to other products or services to be provided by HP.
Services Acceptance. All Services shall be subject to Acceptance by Purchaser after completion to determine conformity with the Specifications and Statement of Work. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, Purchaser shall have a period of thirty (30) days following completion of any Supplier Service within which to complete Acceptance testing. Following notification by Purchaser that the Services have failed Acceptance, if Supplier is unable to reperform such Services, in whole or in part, within five (5) business days or such lesser time as is determined by Purchaser to be reasonable, then Purchaser may reject such Services, and receive a refund of all amounts paid with respect to such Services.
Services Acceptance. The installation of the Services shall be deemed to be accepted by Customer within twenty-four (24) hours of the Notice of Completion. Provider shall rectify any problems with the Services notified to Provider by Customer in writing during this period at no additional cost.
Services Acceptance. 3.1 The Supplier shall notify ASP of any incompleteness, inaccuracy or inconsistency in the technical requirements. The same shall apply if ASP has informed the supplier about the intended use and the supplier may recognize that this intended use can probably not be achieved according to the requirements.
