Our Fees definition

Our Fees the rental rate specified in the Storage Agreement which does not include VAT, which shall also be paid by You where it is or becomes applicable;

Our Fees means the payment charged by Us as a Fee for Our Services under this Agreement as set out in sections 3, 10 and 11. "Quote" means provision of a quotation for the provision of Services under this Agreement, whether given verbally, in writing, (including letter, email, SMS, WhatsApp and Social Media) or digitally, via our online quote system.

• Our Fees, Commission and Charges We usually receive a commission from the insurance provider with whom we place your business, and in such a case, the commission will be paid to us either when we are in receipt of cleared funds from you (or the premium finance company, if one has been used) or, when the insurer has received cleared funds from us in respect of the premium due under your policy.

If you request that we instruct our solicitor to complete registration of the discharge of mortgage, you will pay the legal fees we incur for that discharge of mortgage. • Home visit fee of $50.00 - if we consider that it is necessary to visit you in person at your home or place of work in relation to any missed payment or to any other default under this contract. • Extension Fee- calculated as 0.5% of the outstanding balance at that time and is charged if the loan is extended under Special Condition 2 below. We may to vary these fees and charges at any time in accordance with the Commercial Facility Terms.
