Services Not Provided. Except as set forth on Section 3.29 of the Company Disclosure Schedule, neither The Company nor any Subsidiary of the Company provides investment management, investment advisory or sub-advisory services to any Person (including management and advice provided to separate accounts and participation in wrap fee programs) and is not required to register with the SEC as an investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary of the Company is a broker-dealer required to be registered under the Exchange Act with the SEC. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary of the Company conducts insurance operations that require a license from any national, state or local governmental authority or regulatory authority under any applicable Law. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary of the Company has trust powers or provides fiduciary services.
Services Not Provided. This engagement does not include and specifically
1. Comparability Studies - Preparation of wage, benefit, and working condition comparability studies in conformity with Neb. Rev. Stat. §48- 818.
2. Costing - Costing of both County and union economic proposals.
3. Drafting - Preparation of initial drafts of County proposals and CBA revisions.
4. Minutes - Preparation of bargaining session minutes.
5. List - Preparation of a list of tentative agreement documents and open items. The engagement contemplates that the bulk of the excluded services listed above would be provided by County staff from the City-County Human Resources Department, in consultation with the Lancaster County Attorney’s Office.
Services Not Provided. Any provision of this Lease to the contrary notwithstanding, Tenant shall be responsible at Tenant’s sole cost and expense to obtain janitorial service to the Premises sufficient to keep the same in first class condition during the Term of this Lease. The cost of such janitorial services shall not be included by Landlord in the Operating Expenses.
Services Not Provided. We do not offer legal, tax or accounting services. It is your responsibility to obtain such advice if necessary.

We will assist with any necessary transfers to such facilities; however, you will be responsible for the cost of such care.
Services Not Provided. Spinco will not be required to provide any services to Plains that Plains provides for itself as of the commencement of the initial term set forth in Section 9.1.
Services Not Provided. Plains will not be required to provide any services to Spinco that Spinco provides for itself as of the date hereof.
