Services Not Provided. This engagement does not include and specifically excludes the following services:
Services Not Provided. Any provision of this Lease to the contrary notwithstanding, Tenant shall be responsible at Tenant’s sole cost and expense to obtain janitorial service to the Premises sufficient to keep the same in first class condition during the Term of this Lease. The cost of such janitorial services shall not be included by Landlord in the Operating Expenses.
Services Not Provided. We do not offer legal, tax or accounting services. It is your responsibility to obtain such advice if necessary.
Services Not Provided. We do not provide hospice care, acute hospital care, or any institutional care other than care that is appropriate in an Assisted Care Unit and comprehensive care in a Nursing Unit or otherwise covered under the terms of this Agreement. We will assist with any necessary transfers to such facilities; however, you will be responsible for the cost of such care.
Services Not Provided. Spinco will not be required to provide any services to Plains that Plains provides for itself as of the commencement of the initial term set forth in Section 9.1.
Services Not Provided. Plains will not be required to provide any services to Spinco that Spinco provides for itself as of the date hereof.
Services Not Provided. 1. The Services shall not include construction or maintenance of trails on the Town-Owned Properties or any Town-owned trail easements/licenses unless agreed to by the parties as provided in Section 4(B)(4) below.

THCL recognizes and agrees that SB is not providing either accounting or legal services and that SB recommends that THCL have its own independent legal and/or accounting review of all related materials. THCL further recognizes and agrees that JB is not providing any due diligence or evaluation activities with regard to their operations and the information provided to SB. 4.
Services Not Provided. Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries provides investment management, investment advisory or sub-advisory services to any Person (including management and advice provided to separate accounts and participation in wrap fee programs) or is required to register with the SEC as an investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended. Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries is a broker-dealer required to be registered under the Exchange Act with the SEC, and neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries conducts insurance operations that require a license from any national, state or local governmental authority or regulatory authority under any applicable Law. Neither the Company nor its Subsidiaries have trust powers, and none of the Company nor its Subsidiaries provide fiduciary services.
Services Not Provided. (a) The Company and the Consultant agree that the Consultant shall not provide any of the following services to the Company during the Term of this Agreement: 1. No services involving the raising of capital by the Company; 2. No services involving the promotion of the Company's publicly trading stock; 3. No investor relations services.
