Matriculation. Matriculation at the University will be on a space-available basis with the possibility of deferred enrollment. To facilitate the transfer of the College graduates to the University, the parties agree to ensure that students will receive full consideration for financial aid upon matriculation at the University, provided they complete the financial aid process and meet required deadlines.

Matriculation. Matriculation is a process that brings a college and a student into an agreement for the purpose of achieving the student’s educational goals and completing the student’s course of study. The agreement involves the responsibilities of the college and the student. The college’s responsibility is to provide: • Guided self-placement before course registration • Orientation services about the college’s programs and services • Counseling and other education planning services, including student education plans (SEP) • Evaluation of the academic progress of and provision of support services to at-risk students to include referrals to appropriate interventions The student’s responsibility is to: • Identify an education and career goal • Attend class and complete assigned coursework • Complete courses and maintain progress toward an educational goal and course of study identified in the SEP • Nonexempt first-time students are required to: • Participate in guided self-placement • Complete an orientation activity provided by the college • Participate in counseling services and complete an Abbreviated SEP (first semester plan) • Complete a Comprehensive SEP (multi-semester plan) after completing 15 degree applicable units or prior to the end of the third semester Exemption Criteria from Matriculation Activities A student may be exempted from matriculation activities including orientation, guided self-placement, counseling or advisement based on one or more of the following:

Matriculation. UMSL MSN students at MBMC maintaining continuous enrollment under this agreement will be afforded the same treatment and protection as UMSL students enrolled under a specific catalogue. MSN students who have completed the BSN and show evidence of current licensure will have to meet requirements and be accepted based on space availability into the UMSL MSN- Nurse Educator Emphasis. This acceptance is contingent upon students following the guidelines of the program and conditions of this articulation agreement. UMSL MSN students at MBMC will have access to financial aid, scholarships, advising and other student services on the same basis as UMSL students. UMSL will apply the same academic admission, progression and graduation standards to MBMC MSN students as those applied to UMSL students.
Matriculation. Enrollment (1) Within the scope of the first admission (enrollment) as a student at the FH Upper Austria, a unique personal identification number is assigned and the student receives all necessary documents and access authorizations. Any change in the master data must be reported immediately to the respective study program secretariat.(2) The semester-related enrollment for the respective study program entitles the student to attend the courses and to take examinations. Documentary Exhibition The certificate of study success is issued for the previous semester. If the student fee as defined in § 38 Abs 2 und 3 HSG 2014 and the tuition fees in the amount of 363,36 and 726,72 Euro, respectively, as defined in § 13 of this contract, are demonstrably paid by the beginning of the semester at the latest, the secretary's office of the study program will issue a confirmation of enrollment in the first week of the semester and extend the student ID card. § 4. Study Structure The content design as well as the organization of the study operation are based on the version of the accreditation notice for the study program valid at the start of the study program as well as on any changes according to the approval notices of the College of the Upper Austrian University of Applied Sciences. Among other things, the conditions and modalities of the study plan are included there as well as the statutes of the Upper Austrian University of Applied Sciences (study and examination regulations of the Upper Austrian University of Applied Sciences) that are relevant to the study program. § 5. Standard Duration of Studies The standard duration of study for the program is x semesters. During the maximum possible total study duration, all scheduled individual examinations (according to the examination regulations) must be completed. The entire study plan is considered completed when the final board examination has been passed. § 6. Matriculation. All courses undertaken must be applied to the attainment of an advanced degree, i.e., Master’s Degree, Certification of Advanced Study (including a C.A.G.S. and Six-Year Professional Certificate), or a Doctor’s Degree at an accredited college or university subject to the Superintendent’s prior approval of the course of studies, and other courses with prior approval of the Superintendent. In either case, the Superintendent’s approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. In all cases in which the Superintendent denies approval he/she shall communicate his/her reasons for such denial in writing to the nurse.
