Continuous Enrollment. St. Xxxxxxx is a “continuous enrollment” school. All school families are automatically reenrolled for each subsequent school year, unless written notification is given by the end of January. Re-registration fees will be charged to your subsequent tuition agreements on February 5th. FAMILY REFERRAL CREDIT St. Xxxxxxx School would like to reward our current families with a $500.00 tuition credit for referring a family to our school. If you refer a family to our school that in turn enrolls and remains for the entire 2021-2022 school year, you will receive a $500.00 credit towards your following year’s tuition. Continuous Enrollment. 3.2.6.1.1 The Contractor shall have a continuous Enrollment process for new DSHP and DSHP Plus members such that, as the State determines that clients meet the criteria for Enrollment, they can Enroll in the Contractor’s MCO without waiting for the Annual Open Enrollment Period (described in Section 3.2.6.3 of this Contract).
Continuous Enrollment. Once advanced to candidacy, students must maintain their registration by enrolling in 12 units of independent study per semester for the duration of the program. Upon advancing to candidacy, a J.S.D. candidate is expected to focus primarily on the research and writing of the dissertation.

The continuous enrollment payment can be paid either by check or through Pay Now on the family’s RenWeb account. [CCS EMPLOYEES ONLY may choose a payroll deduction option during March and April.] If the payment is not paid by the April deadline, a late fee will be applied to each student’s account. Once paid, the continuous enrollment payment is NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE, except when contingent on tuition assistance. The contingency is only in effect when a tuition assistance application is completed by April 20. DAMAGES: We will pay for damages caused by our child(ren).
Continuous Enrollment. I understand that if I withdraw my child or if my child is dismissed from Cub Club for any reason and/or I default on my financial responsibility, I will be required to pay an enrollment fee of $25 per child plus the total amount due before my child can re-enroll in Cub Club for the upcoming school year.

  • Continuous Employment For purposes of this Agreement, the continuous employment of the Grantee with the Company or a Subsidiary shall not be deemed to have been interrupted, and the Grantee shall not be deemed to have ceased to be an employee of the Company or Subsidiary, by reason of (a) the transfer of the Grantee’s employment among the Company and its Subsidiaries or (b) an approved leave of absence.

  • Continuous Operation The work week shall provide for continuous operation based on a seven (7) day week, twenty-four (24) hours per day.

If PROVIDER is an individual, by signing this Agreement, PROVIDER certifies that Section 2252.901, Texas Government Code, does not prohibit the use of state appropriated funds for satisfying the payment obligations herein.
