Beginning of the year in-service meetings and trainings. Preparation for students at the beginning of the year is very important for teachers. The superintendent or his administrative designees may not require teachers to attend administration-required meetings or district, state, or federally mandated trainings for more than 40% of in-service workdays. LRC teachers, ELD teachers, Title 1 teachers, TAG teachers, and counselors may be required to attend additional meetings which pertain to their assignment.
