Study Period definition

Study Period means the period commencing at 9:00 a.m. on the date hereof, and continuing through 5:00 p.m. on the Closing Date.

Study Period means the period commencing on the date this ------------ Agreement has been fully executed and delivered by all parties hereto, and continuing through the date that is thirty (30) days thereafter. Except as expressly noted herein to the contrary, time periods herein referred to shall mean the time periods as in effect, from time to time, at Dallas, Texas.

Study Period means the period of study of a program approved under the MTCUA that the educational institution considers to be the normal school year for that particular program, for academic purposes. The Study Period may include one or more academic terms.

More Definitions of Study Period

Study Period means the period ending at 5:00 p.m. on the date which is forty (40) days following the Effective Date. Except as expressly noted herein to the contrary, times referred to in this Agreement shall mean the times as in effect, from time to time, in Houston, Texas.

Acquiror shall have the right to extend the Study Period for an additional period of ten (10) days or such additional time period as Acquiror may deem reasonably necessary up to December 31, 1996, upon notice to Contributor, for purposes of (i) completing financial audits commenced during the thirty (30) day period, and (ii) investigating any environmental or structural problems uncovered during the thirty (30) day period.

Study Period shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.2. “Test Commencement Date” means the date stated in the Work Order when ATC commences ATC Testing for A-DUT pursuant to this Agreement.

Study Period means the period during which data is available in relation to the current, representative water demand of an existing drinking water system;

Study Period means the period commencing at 9:00 a.m. on the date Seller certifies that it has delivered its current title policy or marked-up binder, its current Survey and all environmental studies it has performed on the Property, and continuing through 5:00 p.m. on the date that is thirty (30) days from such date. Study Period has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

Study Period. (as defined in Section 12.1 of the Agreement) shall be amended in its entirety to mean “the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending at 11:59 PM PST on November 11, 2016” such that the Study Period shall expire at 11:59 PM PST on November 11, 2016. All references in the Agreement to the “expiration of the Study Period” shall be deemed to occur at 11:59 PM PST on November 11, 2016.
