Synchronization. The Licensor hereby grants limited synchronization rights for One (1) music video streamed online (Youtube, Vimeo, etc..) for up to 500,000 non-monetized video streams on all total sites. A separate synchronisation license will need to be purchased for distribution of video to Television, Film or Video game.
Synchronization. If Nuix has granted multiple licenses to Licensee that expire in a particular quarter, Nuix may synchronize the invoicing dates for such licenses to the last day of that quarter.

If power cannot be evacuated smoothly under the regular arrangement envisaged in the Agreement, the Parties may mutually agree to an interim arrangement as per the provisions of Section 4.4.
